Location was very nice with water views. Pleasant walking paths to shops.

The airconditioner is only installed in the living area, so the bedrooms stay a little on the cold side. Property needs a little maintenance, air conditioner is noisy, floor lamp in the living area doesn't work. Power point in the bedroom is hidden behind the bed and can't be used. Maybe the bed could be moved a bit. However there are enough power points elsewhere so not a big issue. Might do with some freshpaint on walls.

The room was large enough to have a seating area. The Spa Bath looked good but we did not use. All very clean. The location is very close to some excellent and reasonably priced restaurants.

The TV reception for the channel showing the Australia India test match so poor it could not be viewed. I had to listen the radio coverage via wifi instead. Parking area close to the accommodation was a tight fit at the weekend when the sun shone. No lift to the upper floor. The staircase is quite steep and was a challenge to the arthritic.

3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and modern, beds were very comfortable. The big windows overlooking the esplanade made it extra lovely. Walking distance to the footbridge/beach and eateries. We arrived late, so used the key box safe which was easy and found that the heating in the apartment had been turned on for us which was appreciated. The laundry and compliment washing powder in the apartment was handy given we were at the end of our trip so got in some washing. The kids loved the heated indoor pool and spa. We got a good deal for a 2 night stay ($506) which made it accessible for my family.

Water pressure for showers wasn't great. Blinds aren't block out so light filters in early. Being right on the main esplanade meant it was a little bit noisy, I imagine it would be worse in peak holiday periods.

Lovely spacious room overlooking the water. The location was good with the RSL Club next door and not being too far from the main centre of the town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We would have liked to have had large plate and knife for a cheese platter to go with our wine. I don’t think it was reasonable to ask guests to dispose of all rubbish considering we were paying $240 per night. This hotel was one of the most expensive in Lakes Entrance. If we didn’t dispose of rubbish we would have incurred a cleaning fee!

Nice facility, right in the heart of LE. In-house cafe superb for breakfast.Very good coffee. Right across the road from the best restaurant in town…Sodafish. Good bed and pillows. Good bathroom.

Room was ground floor with whole front wall of windows fronting the footpath and main road. This was intrusive and had to I have blinds closed for privacy so unable to enjoy the harbour view.

everything was there which we needed. the views were spectacular. the heated swimming pool was delightful

there was some mould in the shower corner. the beds were very hard. we had an issue with one of the bed side lamps, this was attended to very quickly but never returned or replaced. we did mention it to staff.

Clean, spacious bathroom with two shower heads 😊. Property across the road from a promenade walk which was great in the evening. Nice Hampton style decor in reception area with seating. Cafe within the property had a great breakfast menu. I would recommend the porridge.

The courtyard area on our ground floor room had open access. This didn’t bother us because it wasn’t busy when we stayed but I imagine it might be annoying if the place was full of people.

Room was excellent if a little bit away from other hotel facilities. Very clean and comfortable with plenty space.

When I realised that the remote for tv didn’t work after I had switched it on, I went looking for someone at reception. This was 8pm (ish) and apart from a cleaner, there was no one to be found. So I had to switch it off from the plug. Usual story of batteries flat. However this did not detract from an enjoyable stay in Lakes Entrance.

The location is great and staff were friendly.

The apartment has a shower over a bath. I slipped getting into the bath to have a shower and have a massive bruise on my leg. It could have been prevented if a non slip mat was provided. Also, the spa in the pool area could be hotter. It feels the same temperature as the pool.

Location. Can walk to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room in our 2 bedroom apartment. The indoor pool was a bonus. Plus spa. Onsite parking. Good price for holiday season.

Our lounge was uncomfortable. Apartment wasn't the cleanest on arrival. Tissues under bed, sand on the floor in bathroom and dirty windows and glass sliding door. Kitchen light didn't work.
