I stayed 4 times within a month, and I was happy on most fronts. Friendly and helpful staff; good bar (with two hours of Happy Hour), serving a decent burger that was better than I expected, too. Free coffee, which is a bonus. My children also loved the fountain and seating around it, as well as the pool and gym.

Just minor issues, really. The bathtubs weren’t always usable, which isn’t a big deal unless you want to lounge in the tub (which I like to do). The phones in all three rooms I had didn’t work, which again, isn’t a big deal, but meant I had to go down to reception rather than call from my room regarding questions I had. The gym could have been better stocked with equipment, but for a hotel gym, it was pretty good.

The lobby and interior fountain is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Noah. Coffee service in lobby was excellent. Would stay again.

The rooms and halls need updated. Looks like it was last updated early 2000’s and is a tad bit worn. The rooms didn’t have a USP port in the lamps, so I had to ply into the TV to charge my phone. The hot tub had been decommissioned instead of fixed. They need to spend some money on capital improvement. This could be a showplace.

Check in was quick and easy. Everything was explained in detail.. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking and access to the building. Quiet and a nice area. Gas station located across the street easy walking distance. Clean pool and gym.

Check out assistant seemed irritated when I asked for a receipt at check out. Stated she just clocked in and seemed annoyed.

The room was well made. Organized and also friendly staff. Quick Check in and check out. The fact that I was able to rent a car made getting places easier. I was impressed overall considering the other horrible reviews in the review section.

The lighting needs a little bit of improvement. It seems kind of dull in the hallways. The ground floor is the brightest. The hotel does have a cozy feel to it overall. No airport noise whatsoever. I would do it again if I ever need a hotel in the area. I just wish they vacuumed the floor a little better because I did find a toenail on the floor that wasn't mine and some sort of weird stain on the wall that was already dried into it at bedside height. Other than that, quick check in and quick check out.

Great location. Quiet. Comfortable. Updated decor. Bed was very comfortable. A/C unit was quiet. Great pillows and clean bedding.

The water in our shower was very hot. Couldn’t get it to mix properly. The bathroom floor and shower had a cleaner residue and it was very slippery. Used the gym and all 3 treadmills were broken. No sanitizer for the equipment.

Dinner & breakfast were very good & a good price. Bed was very comfortable.

Shower was dangerously slippery. I slipped 3x getting into the tub. When I gave that feedback at checkout I was told that I could have called for a bath mat. She did write the complaint down however. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I liked how big it was! I was not expecting it to be that size. I also liked the nice lobby. The pool looked nice too even though I didn’t utilize it. My room had a bathtub in the shower which was nice. I also liked how roomy my room was. I was not expecting it to have a desk but that was nice when it was time to get ready. This was my first time booking my own hotel room, so it was a great experience!

On Friday night, I came back from a concert. I had a really hard time finding parking. It took me 10-15 mins of driving around before I could find a place to park. Other than that, my stay was awesome!

I liked the bar and its menu. It’s very nice. And was supper yummy. I liked the pool minus all the kids jumping in and lack of pool towels.

I didn’t like you have to pay a $50 fee upon arrival that you aren’t warned about and told will be refunded as soon as you check out. Yet I still haven’t been refunded.

People were super nice and entire property was extremely clean. There was low wait staff in the restaurant so I understand the bit of attitude I got from the waitress when asked if a table could be cleared so we could sit but the amazing bartender more than made up for it!

The only had one poor guy making breakfast and there a conference so hotel was at capacity, about 30+ ppl waiting in line only one cook, he was doing everything pretty sad...no I didn't wait, I went someplace else for breakfast.
