I recently spent 10 days at the Hôtel Nadaud and I must say I could not have been any happier! It’s a small budget boutique hotel with a big heart💗. I was on the the 6th floor with a beautiful view. I could even see the Eiffel Tower at night. The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were so friendly and helpful. I felt as if I was staying in someone’s home. Everything was clean and while the rooms are on the smaller side, they were comfortable. My boyfriend was with me for a couple days and we did just fine and I had two large suitcases! There is an elevator which is a plus in an older building and not common.I love how they kept some of the original character when doing some of their renovations. For example, my room still had the old wooden floors that just seem to feel right. You are 2 minutes walk from the metro station so you can get anywhere that you need to in Paris with maybe one change depending upon your destination. There are plenty of cafés and bakeries and places to shop all around the hotel. The bohemian neighborhood of Belleville it’s just around the corner. The area felt very safe. I walked at all hours of the day & evening. The metro closest to the hotel was being worked on for a few of the days, but was not an issue as there is a bus stop right there that you can hop on to go anywhere plus the Perè Lachaise metro is nearby.. I walked to and from the Perè Lachaise Metro at times when they were doing construction (about a 15-20 minute walk max) without any issues whatsoever, at various hours even at night. The Perè Lachaise Cemetery is right at your doorstep and definitely worth a visit. The grounds are beautiful not to mention steeped in history. Many famous people are buried here including Jim Morrison of The Doors. Now that I have found this little hidden gem, I will definitely be knocking on their door again. Oh, and did I mention it’s very reasonable, especially by Paris standards.

I stayed for only one night before my flight but my stay was pretty comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro and is located in a quiet neighborhood just off a street with cafes where one can grab a bite to eat. The building is historical and has a nice cosy interior. There is a small spiral staircase and elegant decor. The rooms are compact but comfy. The staff was very friendly. I didn't order breakfast so don't know if it's worth it. You can watch people rush to work in the morning from your room. There's a famous cemetery nearby (didn't visit though). People who don't enjoy big hotel chains will like this one.

The double room is too small for two people with suitcases. It was probably not a commercial building originally so that figures. For French cheese lovers - there's no mini fridge in the room. If I were really picky, I'd say the elevator needs a little brightening up. Otherwise nothing major.

The hotel Nadaud was a very pleasant surprise. We chose it because of its location but we certainly didn’t expect to have such a lovely stay. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. The bathroom is a little jewel. You have the feeling of being home with all the comforts of a hotel. From our room we had a magnificent view over the roofs of Paris and the Tour Eiffel and Sacré-Coeur. At night, it was just breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We woke up every morning to a delicious breakfast brought up directly to our room by a very nice and smiling lady. Last but not least, the hotel is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, away from the prices and the caos of the more touristic areas and yet with a characteristic Parisian flair: lots of cozy little brasseries and bakery stores, shops and gorgeous parks. It is also very well connected: with bus and metro stations just in front of the hotel, the city center is twenty minutes away. As we said, we chose Hotel Nadaud by chance but we will surely be back.

The owner gave me the best room on the top floor. I could see the Eiffel tower and Sacre Coeur from my corner window. The room overlooks a park area, which is lovely as well. The room was well-appointed and clean. The breakfast was nice: they even thoughtfully provided me with gluten free bread, as I had inquired about this possibility in advance. They also kindly stored my luggage for me while I had to take a test the next morning, on my day of check out. Service was great!

There was nothing to dislike.

Wonderful stay during a short trip. Very clean, safe, hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to multiple metro stations. Nearby cafes, as well as convince stores. The room is not huge, however if you are looking for a place to sleep/shower while you make the most of your time in paris this is the perfect place. The value of this place is amazing for the location and safety. As a solo female traveler i never once felt unsafe walking alone around the hotel or the neighborhood its in, including at 2am. The metro lines being close was amazing, as you could be anywhere central within about 15 mins of a train ride. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again if i return to paris!

Nothing, everything was great!

We spent 3 nights at Nadaud Hotel in May 2024 and had a lovely time. We were on the 5th floor, but there is a lift which was great. The room was small and slightly dated but very clean and perfect for a few nights - the bed was big and very comfortable! We slept really well. Our rooms were tidied every day we were there. We opted for the breakfast in our room on our first morning which was simple but tasty. The staff were polite and friendly and made check-in and check-out very easy. The location is fabulous, a stones throw away from the metro (Gambetta station, line 3) and close to some lovely bars and restaurants. We loved Cafe Martin for an evening drink just next to the hotel, and Pho Gambetta was a reasonably priced and delicious Vietnamese restaurant next door. We loved that the hotel was in a quieter area, being in the 20th arrondissement of Paris it was a welcome escape from the overly touristy side of Paris while still being incredibly well connected. We would definitely stay here again!

There wasn't a fridge in the hotel room, but this wasn't an issue for us. It would have just been a 'nice to have' amenity. There also was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities, however the welcome leaflet in the room did say that we could ask at the reception for one!

I can't easily explain why this place is so nice - it just is! All the staff are friendly and helpful, the decor is pared back but calming and tasteful. It's on a quiet street in a really nice area and and not far from Belleville - which combines a kind of punk energy with managing to be the Paris in your head. The metro is very close to the hotel and I'm told you can see the Eiffel Tower from the upper floors. Practical note: no kettle but you can request one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean toilet and shower.

Since we stayed there during extremely hot summer days, the room’s ventilation was inadequate and not sufficient at all. It was quite difficult to sleep at night, and we couldn’t open the windows because of the noise from the street.

Location was little far away from the centre but metro station was just 2min walking distance away so was not a problem at all. Room was spacious, bathroom was amazing. Clean,tidy and cozy with all the amenities available at that price. The view from the window was too good as we could see Eiffel tower too. Lots of restaurants and cafes around.

The heating system did not work properly so we were feeling a little cold. Talked to the receptionist and she tried fixing it but did not change the situation much. Also the heater was too drying and i got dust allergy.

The hosts were very service minded. Even before our stay we had very good and serviceminded communication. We arrived late and asked for an extra duvet. We went out for a late dinner and returned around 23:00. The reception closed at 22:00, but one of the staff has waited an extra hour to hand us the duvet. I had just assumed he put it in the room, but I wasn't clear about that. Anyway that was super cool service, and I feel kinda bad that I had him working overtime. The hotel is clean and tidy and beds are comfortable.

The rooms are quite small and there is not room to much more than the bed. But to be fair - you pay for a room in Paris (+bathroom) and you go out in the city, so you don't spend time in the room anyway. So in that regard this is good value for money. However I would say it is best suitable for singles and couples.
