The room was very nice, extremely clean. The staff was exceptionally nice except for the night person. She was a little bit rude but other than that everyone was wonderful.

The parking lot is a little small and fills up quick. I had a water leak under the toilet and they offered me a different room which was great, however I was told that leaks under the toilets were a common issue on the first floor. That did not deter me from the hotel though.

Great Breakfast, and lobby area to relax. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Interstate traffic noise gets to be a lot in the mornings, but if your not a light sleeper this wont affect you.

Breakfast was a nice option and had multiple choices., Lobby area was large and open to eat or relax in when we had some down time. Staff was always helpful and attentive

The staff didn't just treat client stays as a job, but as they're being part of the client experience as someone passing through or relocating to Cheyenne. Staff demonstrated great knowledge, skills, and experience, along with a warm, friendly and engaging manner.

I liked everything, but would love if Marriott had hyperlinks to add tips for housekeeping/front desk etc. since I don't often carry cash.

Clean and fresh looking. The manager was very responsive to our needs. Always respectful and genuinely upbeat. Quiet

There are electrical outlets for phone, watch, etc ONLY ON ONE SIDE of the bed - ABSOLUTELY POOR DESIGN!! The manager provided us with an extension cord to accommodate both sides of the bed. The sofa was very low and extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were really nice and welcoming. We originally had a room with a queen bed and a trundle bed. They found us an upgrade to a twin queen room. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and modern. We had a problem with our toilet that was seen to within 10 minutes.

The pool was closed for the 2 days we were staying.

It was clean, my Mother has physical limitations and the room was great. The breakfast was very nice. If the weather hadn’t been so bad we would have missed out on this very nice room. I will remember the nice accommodations and next time we will look forward to staying here

Comfortable room with extra seating so that as a team, we were able to debrief after a meeting at the Capital. Very clean, comfortable, and a very acceptable hot breakfast with plenty of choices. Super friendly staff.

It was perfectly clean, and the staff was kind! They made up our sofa bed and gave us a room close to the entrance since we were arriving late at night with our children.

It was close to the freeway and we could hear cars. The fan didn’t work in our room to block out the noise.

The staff was so friendly and they were always being productive-- sweeping and cleaning when there was a lull at the front desk and we were told by the manager that some of the other staff has been helping with housekeeping to make sure that the rooms are adequately cleaned on time. From what we experienced, they did a great job! Very pleased.

We were really disappointed that the hot tub has been removed and tiled over. There is still a pool, but we really hoped to relax in the hot tub. That's being a little picky, though because our stay was really excellent overall.

We arrived very late (11.45p) check in was easy and friendly. We noted woman helping with breakfast asking how people were doing, if they had restful sleep and could she do anything. A+
