The location was absolutely brilliant - central to town, 2 supermarkets next door, within walking distance of Ben Nevis (3 miles), Neptunes Staircase also delightful canal paths. A variety of eating places, cafes, restaurants all within walking distance for everyone. The staff (amazing) are so helpful, whether it's knowledge of the area, or support in order to make your stay in the accommodation trouble free. I recommend it with pleasure.

It would be outstanding accommodation if there was a protective mattress cover for the bed also protective pillow cover for pillows.

The studio was spacious; included all required and listed amenities (kitchen with the stovetop and microwave to cook my meals, clean bathroom). The staff was very friendly and responsive. The view of the mountain and steam train from the window. I also had access to shared laundry room, which was nice after a day of hiking in the rain. I was pleasantly surprised because after reading previous negative reviews, I had been wary. Overall, quite satisfied with my stay!

Limited kitchen utensils (only one small pot); the floor was not clean (I could see hair and debris left from previous occupants); some spots and smudges on the walls and utensils. But after all, this is a student dorm, so to be expected.

The location, a short walk from two supermarkets, was good for self-catering. I have stayed in about 20 other university halls during the summer vacation and the set-up was fairly standard compared to them. The bed was comfortable. The hot water was hot. The kitchen had the means to cook meals and there was ample space in the fridges and freezers.

The kitchen crockery and cutlery was somewhat restricted (although I had brought my own). The bath/shower room was pretty clean, although there were three dark hairs I could see where the wall met the floor (I have grey hair!). There didn't seem to be an obvious place to hang up towels, although, after I had handed in my entry card prior to leaving, the security officer told be there were some hooks by the shower door - I can only assume that they couldn't have been very prominent. The pillows were extremely soft and I just used the harder pillows I had brought with me.

Location is great, close to everything, good safe property. I appreciated that they had laundry on site. The staff were friendly and kind. Would definitely return.

I traveled solo but for a couple the bed could be slightly small (still doable). In the middle of the summer (I was there July 27 - Aug 2), it can get a bit hot in the rooms, sleeping with the window open can help.

Location was great, the room was nice and warm and the staff were amazing!

The bed was a bit small for two people, or maybe it wasn’t small but just the fact that it was right by a wall made it a bit uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. None the less the mattress was great! It would be great to have a bin in the room and a soap bar. We’d read about those so we brought a huge plastic bag to use as a bin and some hand wash & shower gel

Great location, friendly staff, plenty parking, good value for money, all in all suited me very well. Luxury it isn’t but then your not paying luxury prices.

Baring in mind these are student halls let out when the students finish, there’s really nothing to dislike. I only used the kitchen for tea and coffee but everything seemed much as you’d expect to me. The shower cubicle is small but adequate.

Location, comfortable bed, closeness of local amenities. Secure. Friendly and helpful staff.

No toaster in the shared lounge (minor gripe as I brought something that needed toasted for breakfast) but other wise kitchen area was good. Keycard reader on the room door was a bit temperamental, but worked fine one the entrance doors.

Very, very nice and helpful staff! Great location, next to Lidl and electric car charger. Good price for the quality. Silent at night. Clean room and bathroom. Free parking.

No hot water in the shower and clogged drain. No soap or shower gel. Kitchen could be better equipped and cleaner.

Convenient location for hiking Ben Nevis. Close to the town centre and everything nearby including supermarkets. Parking is free also which seems increasingly rare nowadays when staying at places. The staff we encountered were helpful and very friendly. The facilities were good, we had use of the communal kitchen space which has everything you’d need to cook/heat up some food.
