Clean, modern, and comfortable room for our family unit. The bathroom was spacious and really nice. Breakfast was lovely and healthy, with lots of fresh fruit and variety. The host was very kind, attentive, but low-key and respectful of privacy. We arrived late due to a road closure on our way in, and the host was very understanding. The property was well-located for nearby hikes and enjoying the scenery.
No suggestions! Just be aware that the restaurants and food shop in the nearby village close around 8:30-9 and due to our late arrival we missed out on a proper dinner.

The host, Theresa was very kind and nice, and took care of us. She arranged everything prior arrival, and prepared a very nice continental breakfast, and more than you could expect from a bed and breakfast place. Everything was freah and baked for us especially. The facilities themselves were great: A comfortable, double bed, a big shower, flat tv, coffee and sweets.
Nothing actually. I would mention its located in a quite rural spot in Roybridge, after the train station, where you need to drive on a broken, narrow road to get there.

A lovely property in a quiet, well situated location. We used it as a base travel out to Mallaig and up to Loch ness. Comfortable beds and pillows in a decent sized room, the shower had fantastic heat and water pressure. Nice area for walks, good dining option within walking distance, but Spean Bridge and Fort William aren't far away. Plenty of parking space, breakfast was tasty with lots of continental options. If we make it back over that way again, it'll be at the top of our list

Lovely quiet location and Teresa, our host, was very friendly and made some great recommendations, especially for a walk in Glen Nevis. Great location for accessing the North side of Ben Nevis (we did the CMD arête - not recommended unless you are an experienced mountaineer, but wonderful if you are). View from the breakfast room was stunning out onto the mountains. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy with a shower and bath. We had a car, but on public transport this would be a great location as a couple of minutes walk from the station.
All good, nothing here I didn't like.

Very welcoming informative host. Great detail in communication. Good sized room with private ensuite. Comfy bed, good hot water service in shower. Provided shampoo, conditioner, relaxing bath salts, liquid soap. Heated towel rack a real bonus. Plenty of car parking on site. Scrumptious and extremely adequate continental breakfast, including hot boiled eggs. Quiet area about 5 mins walk to small village where there were 2 outlet choices for dinner .
Establishment suited our needs, for overnight stay, however not impressed with quality, selection and price of food at 2 local local food outlets. Options- drive elsewhere for evening meal or have a big lunch before you arrive.

Excellent b&b in a beautiful location. A few metres from the property there is a small forest where we saw free-roaming fawns. As for the room it was really good: clean, functional, everything was there. Incredibly clean and beautiful bathroom (the towels were literally perfumed). The continental breakfast was rich and good (with quality coffee machine). The lady was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 day, it is a place that deserves a longer stay!

The hosts were amazing, and super friendly. Honestly after doing 10 days of hard riding on the NC500. This was the best place we stayed at. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, the food was really nice and the scenery was well I won't spoil it for you but it's rather big and you cannot miss it. Honestly I'd go back here in a heart beat. No hidden charges or anything. Even let us use the fire pit with no extra charge, which is a rare thing these days.
Nothing.

A magical place with A wonderful hostess We arrived there because we had nowhere to stay on the Great Glen Way route The place is amazing, it is in a green forest with all nature outside the window. There is nothing more wonderful than going out in the morning and watching a herd of reindeer a few meters away from you Birds and rabbits are everywhere, but deer that roam freely in the forest are only found in this place. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, great breakfast, although we didn't use the train, the place is very close to a train station But the best thing about this place is the management team. A lovely couple who just want you to be comfortable and pleasant.
There is nothing bad to write about this excellent place

Comfy beds. The small room in the right wing of the building was clean and fresh with a wooden floor. The continental breakfast was good. The big room by the breakfast room was outstanding according to our friends.
We would gladly have paid the high rate of 120 pounds for our quite small room, if the small room hadn’t been cold (specially the floors) if the tiny radiator had been enough, if there had been a few hooks for our clothes (we had only one hook on the back of the door for our jackets), if we had got glasses for the toothbrush. We were supposed to put our clothes in the numerous baskets.

Everything. The accommodation - the attention to detail was second to none. Everything was immaculately presented and extremely well thought out, with many additional extras which made the stay very comfortable. The host/owner - was very welcoming and keen to assist wherever they could. The Continental Breakfast - was comprehensive, providing fresh high quality produce and plenty of it. The Location - perfect - peaceful, rural, spacious and within easy reach of restaurants, inns, cafés and convenience stores.
Absolutely nothing!
