At some point we got lost and couldn't get reach of the hotel, the contact number provided wasn't reachable.

Cleanliness of the room, friendliness of the employees, and convenience of location.

For our room to be unlocked or cleaned, we had to wait outside for ten minutes. Whatever was going on, we had to wait outside. Since their nighttime clock in time is 15:30, the staff claimed that they were unaware of our arrival and was told that I had to call. I did request an early clock in time, however, and it was granted. However, employees stated they were unaware of it because they never reply to messages, which is untrue because my message was responded to.It was hot, and the room lacked ventilation. We had to leave earlier than planned because I was unable to stand the heat. Additionally, the gate was always open, which is unsafe for the vehicles.

The matters is nice and firm. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Climbing the stairs. The shower head is too small and water not mixing well.

The reception was so welcoming. Staff on point even the manager we got to chat.

There is no laundromat especially for those staying a bit longer with kids.

The other room had no fridge and fan. No AC as well. It was too hot.

Location and Staff.

The rate charged by Booking.com is way too high than the normal charges by hotels. I will as far as possible book through Booking. com or recommend them to my friends and family.
