I recently stayed at this property for a brief business trip, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the check-in process smooth and even took the time to offer helpful recommendations. While I wish I could remember their names, I want to express my gratitude to them for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The level of service was truly exceptional, and it's one of the reasons I’ll be returning next week. Even though it was just a short trip, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made it stand out. I look forward to another great stay!

I like the ambiance. Not crowded. And all the staff were very accommodating. The food was delicious. The pillows were soft and the blankets were too. I had a good sleep.

There was a smell inside the room but I don't exactly know where it's coming from. I booked for 3 adults but the toiletries they prepared were only good for 1. There were flies inside the room too.

The hotel is clean, food is good and there are alot of types of food, its price is resonable. Staff were very friendly and gelpful

The hotel is far away from any restaurant or Market and you have to drive to reach the nearst Market. The electric plug is different..it has the old electric plug so you have to peing you converter to charge your phone..

Location in the center of the city. Reception staff were all welcoming and helpful and kind Room was clean and had tea coffee facilties and 2 bottle water Tv channels were available. Gym had good facilites and pool area was nice to stay

The spa area and and gym need a little renewal otherwise everything excellent

fron desk employees were not professional at all! I had to go all the way down to the Lobby to collect my food ordered by the delivery apps bcs the security didn’t allow them to go directly to the room (for security reasons!?!). asking the front desk for a taxi was also challenging! not professional at all! not a service of a 4 stars hotel for sure!
