Quiet residential area, friendly, pleasant staff, cleanliness, comfort, there are necessary things such as a microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and telephone, as well as parking next to the hotel where you can look out the window and observe. There is no unpleasant smell, the linen is clean, fresh. There are no cockroaches, dust, mold and hair in the hotel - it is pleasantly pleasing! We had a family room for 2 adults and 4 children

The owner was very nice even gave us a bigger room since my cousin is in a wheel chair ! Room was clean and nice and great for our 1 night stay. NO BUGS was a plus !!!

Nothing to do with the property but really wish the ppl above us would have went to bed at a decent hour and not been up at the butt crack of down stomping back and forth ! Again nothing the property owner could have done just big foot !

It was clean just a bit basic but for what you pay it’s fair. Overall decent experience the gentleman who checked us in was very polite even with us being hours late getting in around 1:30am.

The first time I didn’t bring my shampoo and body wash and what was offered was not even close to adequate. There were only 3 standard pillows on a queen bed and none matched and the feel of a plastic bed cover was not comforting.

The price was absolutely worth the stay! The room was clean and only a few minutes out from Niagara Falls. The one drawback (but not a deal killer) was that the shower stall was a bit small. I’m 6’6” tall so it was not really set up for someone my size.

The office set up was a bit unusual, but again not a deal killer.

I stayed in room #205 which is newly constructed. The room had 3 queen size bed, 3 foldable chairs with a dining table, one sofa, one coffee machine, one cordless electric kettle and a mini fridge. Location was also good.

The toiletries esp shampoo pouches were not good quality. They given one soap for handwash but I would recommend for liquid gel or touch free handwash system. They don't have any induction stove to cook. You have to use the same bath towel if staying more than one day.

Loved the location. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The heavy curtains didn't close-only the sheer ones closed, I guess because we were on the 2nd floor, and a light from the parking lot was shining bright in our room all night.

My husband and I were unable to have breakfast however, the surrounding area was extremely peaceful.

A family had been in the room next door and left there children to share a room and adults another . The children were play fighting and screaming at one another until almost midnight which had absolutely nothing to do with the establishment itself. Honestly I have no complaints.

Very cozy and comfortable and really close to stores and restaurants.

The only thing I would say is I think it should at least be someone to offer to clean your room or fresh linen after being there for longer than 2 days.

Owner was very sweet and kind ! Showed us our room and where to park, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Decent amount of space as well. Def recommend 10/10 stay !

There was no dislikes about the property, except the soap but it’s to be expected, leaves a dry like texture on skin afterwards but not much to complain about !
