The location was convenient. When we first walked in, the smell that the lobby had was lovely. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. We like how we need our cars keys to enter the doors into the hotel, felt secure. The rooms are arranged well.

We didn’t like how some parts of the room was clean and others were not. For example the beds, closets, and bathrooms were clean but the carpet had a sticky feeling, the couch had stains, and the door for the bathroom had grease marks all over it. Overall cleanliness 7/10

Upon check in, I was asked to verify my telephone number and email address, and the type of payment method I used was also discussed (third party) I was concerned about my privacy providing my personal information with other guests in the lobby just a few feet away from me.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the hotel was beyond our expectations.

We were not aware there was an additional fee for the use of their WiFi. Be aware especially if you have children attempting to log into their phones or tablets. If it asks you for your last name and room number, expect to be charged.

staff were kind, helpful and curteous. the rooms were clean. the pool did not have towels but it was explained that they were very behind on laundry so I won't fault them for that.

I wish the room had more lights. Would have been nice to have towels at the pool and have the pool room be warmer.

Everything was great except for a cochroach in our room in the morning

Just maybe spray...I know cochroaches go where its hot abd humid and these is things are unavoidable sometimes ...just letting you know so you can spray!

I really love the staff. Everybody was professional friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. I'll definitely be booking here again!

Usually hotels have courtesy lotion but there wasn’t any in the room. Not a big deal but I forgot to pack mine.

I wish the room had more than 1 TV. Being so spread out made it difficult to see the TV from the bed.

The only complaint we have and it’s very minor……the breakfast could use some cereal or something more but what was there was super delicious and I’m not complaining at all.

The rooms were updated and clean. Nice facility. Breakfast was shutting down and the attendant still served me. I was able to buy a nice small bottle of wine at the front desk.

Sheets were pilling and were not smooth. The walls were thin and I could everything my neighbors were saying (both inside and out).
