Perfect Location for a home stay! In 5 Minutes one can reach the Notre-Dame (Epernay) and the Av. de Champagne incl. the tourist office. There is free parking just 2 mins from the apartment. The apartment itself has everything you need for a few days in Epernay incl. Toaster, coffee machine, dish wash and even a washing machine. Although it is located at a busy street, the backside sleeping room is quite. The handover is perfectly managed with door codes and lockers. Will book this location again for the next trip to Champagne.

Only problem were the shutters/blinds which where broken and the sleeping room was rather bright

The property was very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Details to gain access were clear and simple. We had the third floor which was a bit of a trek with the stairs being narrow and winding but it was not an issue for us. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for us as we were two couples travelling. Th kitchen space was excellent and had everything we needed, although we didn't need to cook for our short stay. being n the third floor we had good views out.

Ha, only one thing was that for the 15-20mins when we were getting to ready to go out and watching TV, we noticed the batteries for the remote control were missing and had to use the old fashioned method of manually turning the channel over .

The apartment was lovely. It was perfectly located, just a couple of minutes walk from Avenue de Champagne and also close to all the local restaurants and bars. Big, airy rooms with comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen and 2 seperate bathrooms each with shower. Key handover was seamless using a door code and keysafe. Bottle of Moet in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice touch.

It is on the 3rd floor up quite a narrow staircase. Not a problem for us but anyone less mobile might stuggle.

Fantastic location…long stay car park 40m away, beginning of Avenue de Champagne 150m away!! Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All self check-in information from the owner was perfect!

No air conditioning…we were there at a very hot time and the fan provided in the bedroom just wasn’t enough. No natural light in the majority of our apartment.

Apartment was clean, with a large front window, and a large backyard patio. Washing machine was a plus, comfortable bed. Shower worked well. Excellent location -walking distance- to explore the old part of town and the “Champagne Avenue “ with all of it’s beautiful Champagne houses. Great area for tours and champagne tasting.

Since it was on the street level, the large front window when opened ( which was necessary as during our stay the temps were high, so we needed the air) offered little privacy as people just walked by on the sidewalk , some looking in.

What a gorgeous little apartment in the most amazing location for Épernay! We absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much to the hosts who also sent a lovely message with lots of recommendations around the area for all sorts of things, I hope we can come back another time!

Nothing - it was perfect!!

This Villa is well located to the centre of town, within walking distance. The house is very neat and comfy, I would say it is perfect for 4 adults. The hosts were very friendly and ready to answer questions. There were also some personal touches which we appreciated. We would return and stay here.

We were 6 adults and 2 had to sleep on the sleeper couch (knowingly). The sleeper is very uncomfortable and any movement resonates throughout the whole house. Also note, there is a bell adjacent to the house which does ring and could wake you up. For us, it was not a problem but good to take note of.

Great location in town. Really large and spacious apartment. Very comfortable stay! Hosts left us everything we needed.

One small complaint, you hear the church bell ring at 7am. Not the hosts fault, obviously. It was only an issue for me because I’m a light sleeper. But the apartment itself was wonderful.

Great location, easy 5 minute walk from train station and to main area of town and Avenue de Champayne.

The apartment was very smart and very nicely furnished, a home from home. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms modern and clean. Public parking was easy just a few steps down the road and we could see our car from the apartment window. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walking. We had a super meal at l'Ephemere which shares a kitchen & chef with Why Not?
