Our room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious ,and everything was convenient from the lobby to the elevator and to our room. The breakfast was plentiful and a variety of choice food and beverages, such as coffee, tea, orange juice, apple and cranberry juice. Along with apples, muffins and toast. We also had someone to assist us doing breakfast , she was very courteous. Our location was walking distance to the mall and other restaurants and shopping stores and gas stations and close to the highway to get us back home. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for caring about us as your guests and making us to be comfortable enough to want to come back and for your professionalism. We give you 5 stars.

We liked everything, there’s nothing we didn’t like.our stay was marvelous, we couldn’t ask for a better place.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Bed was comfortable. Awesome location in the parking lot of the mall. There is a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. They sell sodas, snacks and laundry detergent at the front desk. There is a microwave and mini refrigerator in the hotel room. Enjoyed the 24-hour coffee/tea station. I've stayed here a few times and I'll stay again!

Toilet leaked, so bathroom floor was always a bit wet. Breakfast is fine if you're only staying a night or two; but gets repetitive if you stay longer. Wifi does not stay connected.

A modest but clean facility that has definitely seen better days but the staff is friendly (with one notable exception) and helpful and the beds are comfortable.

The lady that manages the breakfast area on the weekends clearly hates her job and it shows. Of course there is nothing wrong with hating your job, and the lady was probably tired but her grumpiness was in such contrast to the rest of the staff that it really stood out.

Breakfast was super with Ms Dee at the helm. She oversees all and does a great job of it. Our room was clean and very quiet with a super refrigerator, which holds a lot of very cold water that was needed for the very high temps while there. The reason for our visit was to spend time with relatives and they were just down the road , great.

Two nights were not long enough to be with so many relatives. So short of time these days.

After pre-registering online several days before the check in date, the biggest problem I encountered was the desk clerks (2) couldn't fine my name in their pre-registration files. They did numerous searches and talked about the problem for approximately 10 minutes before one of the ladies finally called the booking agent but had trouble reaching anyone. She kept calling for another 10 minutes or so before reaching someone and discussed the problem. After another 5 minutes or so, it finally determine that someone at the booking agent had entered the guest name (the one for whom I was getting the room) instead of my name (the one who made the reservation and whose name was on the booking receipt I provided to the desk clerk. The other problem (minor) encountered arose the next morning was when my guest started making coffee and then realized that there was no cups provided in the room from which to drink the coffee.

The location was awesome. The staff were ALL so wonderful. The lady that checked us in, breakfast lady was so friendly to everyone, check out was great. Whoever does the hiring here has a gift for finding the best applicants. Our room was great, which was so important bc I picked my grandson up at his truck terminal in Richmond and treated him to a real bed and a shower he could stay on as long as he wanted after weeks in a tractor trailer. Your facilities were just what he needed and we spent precious time together as he is usually on the road,

No complaints.

All we did was sleep there - didn't need more than the bedding accomodation. The bed was comfortable and clean and perfect to our standard. The people at front dest were courteous and welcoming and available when approached. Liked that it was near the mall, though we had no time to take advantage of shopping...

Nothing not to like or umpleasant. No "extra" surprises to warrant an "exceptional" rating. No complaints.

The room was clean. Our beds were very comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels to enjoy. It was nice to have a refrigerator i our room!

The location of the air conditioner was not in a spot to cool our room easily. I had to keep adjusting it to get the room to a comfortable temperature. We were expecting a waffle maker at breakfast. However, there was none to be found. My wife and I felt the sausage have been cooked longer.

The rooms were deceit and it was clean. Their was hair in the tub but it was okay we cleaned it when got in and settled for the night. The breakfast was good also.

So the morning we was about to check out the lights went out in the room cause Maintaince man was working in a room 3 doors down and whatever he was doing made the lights go out.

Friendliness of staff. Quality of breakfast foods. The fact that they carry dove soap and shampoo and conditioner travel sizes in their bathrooms. As a person with super sensitive skin, that was such a great thing to see. Floors were cleaned impeccably. Definitely would stay again!!

The bathroom had some minor repair issues. Spot on the wall where paint had been peeled off. Door handle on the bathroom was wobbly. Very minor things that didnt affect my and my boyfriends stay at all.
