I love everything about Desa Selatan Resort, but it is just the location is quite far from the beach. It is actually surrounded by the forest.

I just don't like it because it is far from the beach. Because I am staying at condo which have swimming pool facilities, so I might not repeat here. But if you are looking for a cheap room for your holiday, you should choose the Desa Selatan Resort. They have the swimming pool and the room is very nice, comfortable for your family and even the package is included with the breakfast. You will not get this price elsewhere.

Overall it is good. The room is clean and tidy with quiet surroundings. I stayed during the weekdays and it is quite cheap for a room with 2 queen beds. There are also many parking areas even in front of the room. The best part is there are breakfasts included which are sent in front of the door. However, the area in front of the rooms is quite dark at night but it is okay.

I really love the facilities such as games, karaoke room, meeting desk, guest lounge, gym and swimming pools. However, it is unfortunate that I was unable to experience the cafeteria and ball room during my stay.

Overprice of karaoke room rental. For me, RM60 for 1 hour is unacceptable with limited song choices. However, I am very contented with how spacious the room is.

Check in process - i need to line up almost 1 hour plus…only 1 staff available at counter for check in.. its public holiday + school holiday the resort should be aware and prepare for it… Swimming pool - its good they provide inflatable pool for kids but the adult pool condition is worse.. soo many broken wood at the platform.. very dangerous!!!

I love the location which are perfect for healing purpose. It is located far from town, so guest better bring a lot of foods. The facilities also well maintained and very clean, not crowded and very suitable for guest who wants to chill and enjoy their time together.

The pool are kids friendly but for 7 years above only. Parents need to monitor their kids as there are no safety guard available. Overall its still a good stay.

Room was clean, easy access. The facilities inside the rooms also well function. The kids happy with the pool.

-The pool area need to maintenance due to many hole surrounding that dangerous for the kids. - Pool no roof/ umbrella. Very hot when parents accompany their kids at pool area. - Quite far to find foods / shop outside the hotel.

Price is cheap and very reasonable with 2 queen size bed. Room is OK. Suitable with what you pay. No complain. Got swimming pool. Even I think the pool should be bigger since you have so many room. Overall I satisfy with this resort.

The location is at out of the nowhere, superbly deserted. Exactly what I wanted. Own transport is highly recommended. Clean and orderly property. The property is built using partitions/panels - not the usual bricks/cement building.

The location is somewhat isolated and we had to drive some distance for food and entertainment.

Location was far from desaru and there are no restaurants nearby. Only breakfast is available at the hotel. For lunch and dinner you need to drive. You must be having a car. There is no delivery options.
