Dorsett Changi City was perfect for an overnight layover hotel. It’s really easy to get there from Changi: tap your credit card to get on MRT and ride to the first stop! I slept very well. Better value than the hotels in the airport (nicer than Yotel and cheaper than Crowne Plaza)

Everything was great, but I would like to rate the cleanliness of our room the most. we lived on the sixth floor and the cleaner Sarinah was always very nice to us and every day, she perfectly cleaned and made our beds. We slept really well there in this hotel,due to clearing lady and due to all hotel employees,who made our staying so comfortable, what is very important when you are far from home. - Very clean spacious room with a nice layout - Comfortable bed - Kitchenette equipped with two full sets of crockery and cutlery + pots and pans - so handy when you just want to eat in - Remote controlled room divider screen - Laundry service - Right next to a shopping center with food options - Very close to the MRT - Very close to the airport - only two stops on the MRT We had three people in a room with one sofa and a super king sized bed - we were all very comfortable

- Takes about an hour to get into central on the MRT - Quite expensive, but as are most places in Singapore - hard to fault, has everything you need

Great location, easy to get to from airport, and is within walking distance to a shopping mall with food! Can walk to the MRT station even in the rain, which was nice. There's also a grocery store nearby. Pool was nice, room was super clean and had great sunlight. Staff were friendly and kind.

Not the most soundproof (could hear conversations from the hallway or crying babies in adjacent rooms) but overall not a huge problem. Should know that it's a bit removed from the tourist hotspots like Marina Bay Sands, Bugis, etc.

We love staying there. It's in a convenient location and has great amenities.

The smell of the air freshener is wayyy wayyy too strong on our last visit and is a big negative and big turn off. Especially with all the news about how toxic some aromas can be like phthalates, etc. This is very concerning as the smell is usually a light smell but this time it was noxious and I didn't want my family hanging around reception due to the smell being so strong. I think you will lose customers if that continues, as it was really bad.

staff were very friendly and helpful, we did the complimentary taster breakfast at the containers watching the planes land and take off. we had a great time and met a few more staff members who were very friendly and chatty. the rooms were fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. beds were really comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel . we managed to get a late check out as our flight was a really late one. mind you we left the room a little early as there was work being carried out on the hotel and it wad very noisy. but we had been forwarned of the work. Just not to how loud it really was going to be.

Apart from a lovely hotel, good facilities across from big shopping Mall and lovely staff. I had an unfortunate fall outside the hotel, the pavements are quite high although edged witj yellow. I was tired after arriving from Australia and slipped. and quite badly hurt,. The manager Thomas was immediate in coming to my assistance and administered caring and knowledgeable first aid. I will never forget him and the help I had from him. Highly recommend staying here, close to the airport and lovely caring staff. Anni

Nothing it was excellent

I wanted to stay near the airport, and the Dorsett is only one station away, and easily accessible on foot - approx 5 min on the flat so easy with a suitcase - from Expo station. The pool is lovely. The hotel is also very close to a shopping centre with a few factory outlet shops, as well as lots of eateries. Would recommend.

Only down-side was there weren't USB ports in our room. They didn't have a spare charger but I was able to charge my phone at the concierge desk (we'd forgotten our adaptor at our previous hotel) :(

the room was clean, the hotel adjoins an outlet mall with an excellent food court and many food options. The conference center is next door, as is the metro system - easy to use and you're right in down town Singapore within half an hour. Finally, Changi airport is close either by metro or taxi. The pool and excercise facility was great.

There were no comfortable chair options- ie- there was. a very small (and low/ short) desk chair but a more comfortable chair and couch would have made the room more comfortable. And in the closet there were only 3 hangers ( a petty detail to mention but it was hard to hang shirts for me, dresses for my wife).

Very spacious room. Looks like it had been partially renovated recently. Clean and well appointed with features as described on the website. Well located, adjacent to the shopping mall and easy walking distance to the MRT station (Expo)

The large walk-in wardrobe is a very good feature but the sliding door is in the wrong place! It should be between the entry and the wardrobe to ensure privacy Also, the bathroom is large but lacks a bench and fixtures for hanging clothes. The power points, though plentiful, should have been replaced with newer ones with USB outlets for charging mobile devices.
