A nice little hotel slightly off the beaten track but still within the city walls. The reception was very welcoming and helpful. There is a breakfast available which is an added cost. Breakfast is the standard mix of hot and cold foods but the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold which is not always the case. A nice little bar area which was handy after a hot day wandering the sights. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly which was nice.

Prices for the beer and wine at the bar were outrageous. This really is a tourist town.

Good location. Staff was very helpful. With respectful neighbors, it's pretty quiet. Generally clean. If you get it at a discounted price (40-60 euros), it's great value. It lacks a bit of character, but it's more or less equivalent to budget hotel lines in style and quality.

Pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. The room needs more power outlets close to the bed. The carpet should probably get replaced. As mentioned above, if the neighbors are considerate, the location itself is very quiet and you can sleep without disturbances. On the other hand, the walls are actually quite thin, and the people coming in and out or walking through the hallway can be heard through the walls and doors.

The hotel is well located to the centre of Évora. Room was basic but sufficient for a few nights stay. The air conditioning could do with upgrading as it wasn’t very effective. The breakfast was more than adequate offering plenty of options to suit all. Check-in was straight forward. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Only complaint was the poor air conditioning.

Very near the central area of historical sites. Could easily walk. Quiet street, so we could sleep with the window open and enjoy the fresh air.

Plumbing is old. Hotel staff expected toilet tissue to be disposed of in an open trash can (no lid). We felt that was unsanitary. Had to seek out coffee and water that was supposed to already be in the room. Also , the bed had no cover, just a top sheet. Had to ask for a top bed cover and extra pillows.

The staff is great and the hotel is new and fresh, which is good considering the town general offerings. The location is great, in the old town, and with access by car to drop belongings. To stop by car at the front of the hotel, the street is very very narrow, but quite possible.

The bathroom could look a bit newer. The access by car could be easier. I would also would like to see an elevator, however maybe this is a lot to ask in such an old town. It would be great if there was a better interaction between the hotel and surrounding wineries. Yet, they helped a lot for us to find a winery to visit.

The hotel is located in a quiet, hidden street, yet you can walk everywhere easily. Warm welcome and nice staff! Comfortable room with a desk, TV, tea/coffee maker and all that you may need. Maybe a blanket in the room would be nice. I decided to have a breakfast and it was very tasty. I would stay again.

Very central location, clean room, kind staff, spacious room, free apples at the receptions and spacious bathroom.

The window is single glass and has no noise insulation. The water in the hand wash is only cold and in the shower it is impossible to regulate how cold or how hot you want the water.

I liked the central location and that it was quiet. I had a bathtub. The cleaning and service is great. The price quality relationship is outstanding. I booked in the low season. I did not have breakfast as I preferred to go to one of the cafe places.

Fatima, the Receptionist went out of her way to assist me with my needs. The kettle in the room was nice to have.

Breakfast plates were too heavy. Difficult also to spoon cereals without spilling them. Bathroom hot tap took a long while to get hot water coming out!

In the walled city so close to everything. Staff were super helpful.

Some rooms only have one accessible electrical outlet. Free parking is available but outside the core. Streets are extremely narrow in places and lots of one ways so challenging to navigate.
