the people at the reception and breakfast, always friendly & polite, helpful! good price, great location with easy access to the promenade and the sea front. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and taxis were always available too.

the hotel rooms are facing an old abandoned building, so you do not get a great view during your stay. Also, room/walls isolation is poor, you can easily hear sounds/talks from the guests next door.

It is on a quiet good location but th parking is a very big problem

Despite the hotel being situated in front of a central road, the room was quiet enough to ensure a good night's sleep. An extra star for the cleanliness of the room! The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including pies, which were a really welcome surprise for me! Also, there is a bus stop just 50 meters from the hotel's entrance. From there, the city center was just a 15-minute bus ride (or a 30-minute walk if you prefer). The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! Definitely recommended!

The elevator's speed, combined with the average ventilation and the cabin size (3-4 people max), ensures a sauna experience! (My room was on the 8th floor). I would recommend using the stairs, especially if you are in a hurry or smartly dressed.

The hotel is super centrally located and those who come to enjoy Athens will appreciate the rooftop bar with an excellent view to Acropolis.

The staff was great and did their best to accommodate, the only hiccup was at the checkout when I asked for company details to be added to the invoice. They did it but had to hear how I should have warned them at the check-in even though I had it already noted while making a reservation on booking.com. But to be honest, booking.com never passes this information unless you use the business account which is (at least some time ago) not really user-friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location and facilities acceptable (breakfast) for 1 day tranzit.

Waiting for the elevator (small)

Very engaged and helpful staff. Along a main throughway which provides easy access to Taxi,s or buses. Breakfast was amazing, diverse options and well maintained. Side road parking and parking garage nearby.

My only issue was the size and ease of the elevator. With baggage, you might fit 2 riders. Without baggage, 3 passengers is a tight fit.

Very clean and well decorated public areas and room. The mattress is very comfortable. Socket next to the bed. The staff is very polite and helpful . Strong and stable wifi. Also an ethernet port is available. The hotel is situated on an avenue where you can find any shop nearby. The bus stop is exactly outside the hotel. In a few minutes driving you get at the center of the city. There s the option of leaving your car in a covered garage 60m away paying a small fee .

There s nothing i didnt like. I recommend this place

This was our third time at Metropolitan. This time we took our little "sweet paw" with us. We are more than satisfied! It is a really pet-friendly hotel! The room was big enough for us and our dog. There was a sleeping mat for our dog which he found really comfortable, as well as drinking and food bowl. As always, the room was also very quiet and clean, and bet was comfy. Staff is always very kind and helpful 😊

Lifts availability was difficult however we chose to walk up and down. Kettle provided but no tea/coffee etc. Shower was challenging to manoeuvre but nice and hot.

Very nice big clean room. Big bathroom with shower cabin and bath extra. Very compfortable bed and good aur condition. Check in and check out very kind and Quick. Parking 100 m from the hotel.

The breakfast could be better. If food has been token the staff did not bring more. At 10:00 there was already neraly nothing anymore on the Buffet. The Oliver were very old and not tasteful for an olive country like Greece....
