Everything is wonderful in this magical place. Chrysoula (the beautiful fashionable host lady) is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! ( We love you Chrysoula if you see this! 😘😘😘) She always explain so clearly and patiently with her cute drawing on the information card, for balos, elafonisi and Samaria gorge... which makes this trip so easy, comfortable and special, and everywhere is so easy to acess. she even helped us printed some necessary information and give us beach umbrella and towels to use, which saved us so much money. we got a free upgrade, the room is super quiet and cozy with beautiful balcony and birds singing. The cleaning lady is super nice and clean our room everyday. We came across the special christian celebration on the church next door, and a local community with all ages of local people welcomed us with free food and drink and visit of the beautiful church, which is super touching and incredible that how kind the people here are, and how lovely the community is!!! We left today and has been missing this place so much 😂 hope we will be back and visit the amazing lovely Chrysoula and church community in the future! Take care you all, you are the best!!

I lived and worked from the room for about two weeks and it was great. It was close to the beach, supermarket, sightseeings. At the reception there is an amazing woman who suggest ideal solutions for everything, provides any information and even predicts possible future questions and requests)) The room was very clean and cleaned every day and staff is very friendly and hospitable. I had a balcony with a sea view and the Internet connection was good enough for remote work.

One night even with all closed door I heard a musical concert that was very close to the hotel but it was only once.

The best location in Kissamos. Close to bars and restaurants. My balcony was to the side of courtyard so it was pretty quiet in the night. Room is really small, it’s true but for one person it’s absolutely alright. Chryssa basically made my vacation😄 She gave me all the maps, possible routes to enjoy this zone. There’re also beach umbrellas and towels. Feel free to ask if you need something! Very grateful to her for all the help and support

I actually stayed in their sister hotel Revekka Rooms. Initially when I told Kostas the purpose of my stay was to visit a family in Kastéli I've known since the early 80's, their response was "You are not a tourist but a friend of Crete" which I thought was really nice... and, I was upgraded to a bigger room for free. However, the star of the establishment is Chríssa on Reception. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Chríssa for all your help, support and friendship.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay at Revekka Rooms.

Right next to the sea and so affordable! The host was very nice and helpful, she shared with us so much information about surrounding area, where to buy groceries, where to eat and general advice about the island. There was a big supermarket nearby and also a free parking place. The bed was very comfortable which is very important for good night’s sleep, we really had no complaints.

The location is great, close to the sea and the reastaurants. There is a free parking area nearby. The host is very friendly and communicative. The room could use a renovation but it is clean and is really good for the price. The bed was comfy, which is one of the most important factors. :)

We had the room on the 1st floor with a balcony although we didn't sit outside much as there were other balconies way too close to ours from another building. Consider this if you want to spend more than 1 or 2 nights here.

We are coming almost 3rd year to this Hotel and it's always great. The cleaning happens every day. The facility is nice and we took the room with a sofa and sea view. Near you can find many restaurants and it has a fantastic free parking area right next to the rooms. It was a fantastic stay from the beginning to the end. Definitely would come back to Kissamia!

We received a super detailed video guide on how to get the keys, so check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us find the must-see spots around Crete. The hotel is close to the city bay, with lots of great restaurants just a short walk away. Really convenient and welcoming place to stay

The accommodation is located in a great location, about a minute from the seafront restaurants and a 3-minute walk from the nearest beach. If you're thinking of a basement room, go for it. The room has all the necessary amenities, also a comfortable bed and air conditioning.

The only thing I would criticize is the bathroom- it has a very small shower, which is not closed enough, so the water splashes out as well. Then there is water all over the room. If you have dirty shoes, you will have spots on the floor.

The communication was extremely easy and efficient, plus the keys were waiting for me with clear instructions upon arrival in the middle of the night. The rooms are clean, spacious and perfect for being used while visiting Crete. Coffee was a little touch that I really appreciated!
