Property was well kept. Good eating out places in the vicinity.

No elevator. Location from nearest metro station was substantial.

Hotel had just undergone renovation. All items inside were new. There were some problems because it is a new hotel, but they solved these problems very quickly. All of the employees were very friendly. The design of the room was very impressive, I liked it very much. When we asked for extra shampoo and towel, they brought it very fast. The hotel's pool is very useful, we had a good time with my wife. We had no problems with transportation. It was definitely worth the price we paid. We will choose this place again on our next visit. We had a wonderful stay at Atik Vienna Hotel, a charming boutique hotel just 15 minutes from Vienna’s city center by public transport. The location is very convenient, and the area is quiet yet well connected. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh bed linen, towels, and even the amenities restocked daily — something not all hotels do anymore! One morning, we arrived late for breakfast (around 11:00, though breakfast officially ends at 10:30), and although the dining area was already closed, they kindly reopened it just for us. This level of care and attention is rare and much appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. It offers comfort, warmth, and a personal touch that makes all the difference. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool is a bit small for a professional sweeming but for summer refreshing is perfect

The hotel was really beautiful, comfortable, welcoming. In particular Ege, who works on reception, was the most helpful, professional and friendly member of staff, providing detailed instructions to all of our queries (how to get to the hotel, nearby amenities etc) and he also helped us with booking taxis, amending our booking at short notice etc. Breakfast was also really excellent, with a wide selection of beautiful food: breads, meats, cheese, cereal, yoghurts etc. All in all we loved our stay at this hotel.

It should be noted that the hotel does not have air con, and Vienna can get very hot in the summer. The top rooms have mini air con units, but they aren't great. If this hotel installed air con, I'd happily pay an extra 20 euro a night for this facility.

Very nicely decorated small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge beautiful room with terrace was unique. I appreciate the possibility to use the kitchen. Breakfast satisfying. The location is great, we definitely recommend visiting the nearby Schonbrunn Palace with the Palm House and especially the amazing zoo.

This is not a complaint, just an information: the pool was closed at about 8pm when we arrived, so we didn't use it. It's also a shame that the pool is not heated, otherwise the accommodation would have been absolutely exceptional. We still recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The family-friendly pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Breakfast was tasty, though we missed having more vegetables and leafy greens. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Staff were really fantastic, very easy to reach and super helpful! Breakfast was excellent, pool was a great bonus and we had it all to ourselves! Enjoyed delivery for dinner thanks to staff recommendation, plus use of the full kitchen on the main floor. Wlan worked perfectly, samsung tv had no Abos on it but was still nice to have. Room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Soft towels, soft flluffy bedding, comfy bed, good tea kettle and hairdryer. Incredibly important for me: there were no strong fragrances or bad smells anywhere at all. Not familiar with the immediate area but location worked well for our plans.

The wall-to-wall carpet in our room was in very bad shape, and should be removed asap. Carpeting around the pool area just didn't sit right with me personally. Seems like it could just use a walk-through from someone with an eye for details who can get those things taken care of or at least keep an eye on them. (Condensation around windows starting to cause mildew, handheld shower and bidet not functional so why are they there?, towel hooks missing, shower and windowframes could use a deep cleaning, small things like this that eventually add up!) I hope that someone keeps caring for this little gem because we do look forward to another stay!

You have an amazing place, great breakfast and we had such a lovely room. Plus, my mom really really liked the interior design. Actually, we all liked it. 👌❤️Very spacious and clean. One small problem was that we booked a room for three people, but initially there were bed linen and towels for two. However, the staff was great and arranged the missing things. Thanks for such a quick reaction. We wanted to thank the nice lady at reception personally, but when we left, we sadly did not see her.

We went with a group of friends, and there were 12 of us with the kids. This place is very suitable for groups. There's a nice snack bar downstairs, a carpet flex area where kids can play, a sauna for adults, and a small indoor pool for everyone. You reserve the pool for yourself for 1 hour with an appointment system. They don't accept customers from outside. They offer discounts for groups and long-term pool and sauna usage and there's a beautiful garden with newly planted grass. We reached Schönbrunn Palace in a 15-minute walk. (Or 3 stops with tram.) The metro station is 2 tram stops away from the hotel. We mostly preferred walking. With the U3 metro line, you can go directly to centre of wien.
