This hotel was well located in Nürnberg, with most attractions being within easy walking distance. At check-in, we were greeted by a very friendly man, who kindly gave us an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately, the dial in the shower of our upgraded room was broken, so the water temperature was stuck a little under 40°C. The next morning, we mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they moved us to another room (probably the size we had originally booked, which was smaller than the upgrade we were given). The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved that the bathroom products were certified vegan. As mentioned, the shower in the first room was broken, and in the second room, the shower door was pushed in the wrong direction, so the floor got very wet when showering. I fixed it without too much effort but think these things should be noticed and attended to through good communication between the cleaning staff and maintenance staff. Onsite parking was convenient.
I haven't stayed in a hotel for a long time that hasn't had a refrigerator in the room. Since we usually travel with our own food and soy milk, this was a negative (especially since two of our three days there were public holidays). In the first room, we could open the window fully so we were able to tie a shopping bag with cold food to the railing and hang it outside, where it was cold. For the next two nights, we kept it in the car in the basement, which was also cold but it would have been much more convenient if room fridges were available. The heating in the room was not able to be adjusted and was set at 22°C. Although this was warmer than the outside temperature, for those coming from a warm climate, it felt really cold in the room.

The beds are extremely comfortable. It's only a short distance from the beautiful old town. There is an underground station just across the road and the main rail station is only a short walk away. Most importantly, the DB railways museum is only a stone's throw away!! Rooms can be cleaned upon request but we found ours to be spotlessly clean; what kind of person expects clean towels every day? I don't know why people complain about the lack of parking! What do you expect from a city hotel? Do you always expect acres of free parking? Just try parking in London and you'll see things in a different light.

We liked the hotel, as it was within walking distance of the main railway station, the underground and the city centre. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
Having to keep chasing after clean towels. We were staying for 4 nights and there were no radiators to dry your towels, and the shower kept leaking, so we were mopping up the floor. We did ask for room to be serviced regularly but this did not happen. Unhelpful staff in the evening, so unable to get hot food, despite menu cards being available. Could not get a short trip by taxi from the main railway station, as taxi driver only wanted to do long trips. Make certain you use the correct underground station recommended for the hotel, as the next one along means you have to walk out of an unpleasant station at night with undesirables hanging around, and then walk through the red light area. We use this chain of hotel in the UK, it did not compare favourably with either price or facilities.

Great and ideal location! The room was very clean and perfectly sealed against sounds (we got an excellent room with Main Street view, so the traffic was not a problem). The breakfast was delicious but I would recommend to add a few more choices - we did not have breakfast included, yet we took it once during the stay. In case the buffet is the same every day, it might get boring if somebody stays more that two days. The personnel is very polite and always smiling!
Unfortunately, there was not enough hot water in the shower and that’s very bad. The second day we talked about it in the reception and they checked the system replying we would have hot water in 10 minutes. Nothing changed..

The location of the hotel is perfect. In 5 min walk you are in the center of the city, also access from the airport is very easy, you just take the U2 metro. There is a super market near by. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the facilities were also very clean. Easy check in and check out.
I would have liked a mini fridge in the room and a safe. Also the family room (for 4) is a bit cramped. If you are only sleeping it's ok. If you want to spend some time in the room it can be a bit tight.

New building, 10 mins walk to the Opera metro station and 3 mins to the closest entrance into the old town. Daily cleaning, beds a little too narrow, just a few hangers behind a mirror instead of a closet, good water pressure in the shower, wonderful view of the old town, good breakfast buffet. On the negative side, the free wi-fi was sluggish, the receptionists were polite-ish, the automatically set room temperature was a little low. Bottom line, a nice choice for a pleasant stay at a good price, if it's booked in advance.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The staff are very nice and efficient. We loved the breakfast, very tasty and good selection. The bar has many options and a happy hour with half the price! There was also a vending machine with snacks. The parking garage is rather small, we were lucky to snatch the last place and we arrived just after check-in. The room was clean and we were asked if we wanted cleaning/fresh towels every day at arrival. The rooms are quiet and the bathrooms are big with a lot of counter space.
The room was clean, but the walls need repainting in several places.

Great facilities with a cozy bar and breakfast area. All personnel was very polite and helpful. The room had nice lights and modern decoration. It was very clean with an excellent shower with hot water. The hotel is very close to an U-Bahn station and to the central railway station. Also very close to walk to the old town of Nuremburg.
Cleaning service would only come by if you'd ask for it at the reception desk. Was surprised to find out that there was no gym in the hotel.

The neighbourhood is not the prettiest, but the entrance feels safe and clean. Check in/check out was easy. We didn't try the bar/restaurant, but it was good to have them as an option as all shops close at 8pm in Nuremberg. The location's great if you want to visit the city. There's an ALDI supermarket in the same street, and a shopping mall 5 minutes' walk away. We found free parking (8pm to 8am) on Zufuhrstraße around the corner. For hotel chains within a certain price bracket our expectations usually aren't very high. We booked it with the thought that "it will do for one night". Guess we were wrong. The room was spacious with a large desk, very comfortable desk chair, an arm chair and very soft bed with extra pillows. A limescale-free kettle with tea and instant coffee is provided. There is plenty of light if you're on a business trip and need to work. The bathroom has a large surface for emptying your cosmetics bag, and the rain shower is amazing.
Everything was great!

Good sized room. (444) Comfortable pillows. Close to old town and only 10 minute walk from HBF. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Very quiet room. Big window to open at night for fresh air. Pleasant bathroom with high pressure and good temperature control. Was allowed to checkin early.
Shower slightly prone to flooding if the shower head is pointed in the wrong direction. The AC doesn't seem to have a 'heat' setting.
