Very clean, great variety of food for all tastes and a lovely staff. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The kids enjoyed the pools and the activities and luckily, the windows isolated enough to have little to no trouble from the street noise (can be sometimes loud till midnight). The beach is quite close, around 10min of walk. The whole area is vivid and alive and you have activities for all ages.

From outside the hotel doesn't look impressive, but everything is new or renovated, our room was spacious, recommend room with sea view. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good too. The food was better then we expected, everything was delicious and big variety. Some queue to the station with grilled meat, but there are enough other choices if you don't want to wait. The snack bar is also nice.The drinks were good too, some better, some less, but overall we were satisfied. The pools area was clean , no problem to find available sunbeds and inside heated pool was good when it's chilly outside. Animation was ok, we didn't expect any at all, but there were a few nice things, like cabaret show and party with DJ and some other activities.

Housekeeping could do a better job, the room was clean when we arrived, but wasn't really cleaned during our stay. There is no safe in the room, you can use safe on reception, I used bigger one for 5 leva per day, maybe smaller is for less.

We had a weekend stay in the mid September. The hotel is renovated, rooms are fresh and clean. The food and drinks were really good, enough choice and decent quality ( very good for the stay price). Indoor heated pool was a bonus considering the weather was bad during our stay. As we were off season the hotel wasn’t crowded and there were enough space and little queues.

We didn’t like most of the personnel. There are mostly Ukrainian staff who are not typically friendly and don’t even try to learn some Bulgarian to communicate with the guests. Bulgarian staff was friendly enough and helpful. Another thing to mention: our room had a park view, basically windows were directed to other hotels at the back of Slavey and one specific hotel had such a loud music till 23-00 that it was impossible to fall asleep. I understand it is not our hotel’s fault, yet the room could be more sound proof in this case. Even with windows closed the music from the other hotel was too loud. Otherwise a good stay.

Very good food, nice and clean hotel. Even if it was fully booked, there were enough sunbeds and, enough space at the restaurant. The beverages were Bulgarian, but I was expecting to have local drinks. Very good coffee at the bar.

The beach is at 300-500 m by the hotel, but they have a short cut and this makes the beach closer to the location.

Food is good, pool is clean.

Drinks (besides let's say the beer) are the cheapest that you can find, very artificial. The deserts are really cheap and bad. Pool closes as 18:00, too early...

The hotel is well placed and has tasty food, the room was clean and comfortable, the pools were big and clean and the receptionists are very welcoming

The parking is a little far from the hotel, 10 minutes walking

Everything was good, including the surface of the room. Food diversity and drinks, ok. Parking on good price and safe.

Room cleaning need to be more well done.

Too less staff at the bar, the quality of drinks can be improved as well.
