The hotel is located right next to the Erasmus bridge from where you can reach different parts of Rotterdam easily, either by walking, using public transport or one of the many scooters for rent. The view from our room in the 18th floor was spectacular. We could watch the ships passing by and the light playing in the skyline full of skyscrapers endlessly. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy as it refreshingly different than those standard breakfast buffets we know from so many boring hotels.

The room was well cleaned upon our arrival but was then barely cleaned during our stay at least in some parts. Dust collected in the corners and on the desk. No big deal but it could be improved.

The staff were very passionate about the location, eager to get you involved in all the extra little bits that they offer. It was clearly driven as a fun hotel to stay at while also being suitable for business guests. The breakfast selection was wide and allowed different options each day and the bar in the evening was pleasant to visit when we found the time. Despite being a very tall building and being located on a rather high floor, the lift is remarkably fast and doesn't leave you waiting long. It is also located a short walk away from metro and tram stations. So it is easy to get around from the hotel wherever you need to go.

The location was superb, in one of the most architecturally beautiful buildings in the city. Plenty of underground parking options around. Metro and tram within seconds to walk to. Dogs allowed, at an extra cost - dog bed and toy included. The view from some rooms is to die for. Room was comfortable enough. Coffee and tea, soap, lotion. The breakfast was incredibly good and probably worth the price.

The hotel seemed a little dirty in places. Our shower drain didn't work and even after we made a comment to the staff, they didn't do anything. The bar in the hotel was always full so we could never visit it. Never got additional coffee pods in our room.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect. Our room had a great view of the river and city. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The breakfast had alot of choice and very tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. When we asked if we could be on a lower floor because I am not great with heights they moved us straightaway. They even called us in our room to see if we needed anything else.

Nothing. I loved this hotel and if ever I go to Rotterdam again this is the place I would always go.

We absolutely loved the view from the room! Together with our dog, we couldn’t stop looking out of the window. On top of this, we experienced really good service. Especially Brit took fantastic care of us! She made sure that we had a good time and nothing stood in the way of it. Not getting the room on the 23rd (due to longer cleaning and not wanting to wait that long), but on the 21st instead, turned out to be our luck, because we received free breakfast (room service personally delivered by Brit) as a compensation for it. She was kind and forthcoming.

The price was quite high, but we stayed on a saturday..

"Premium view" at the Erasmus bridge from 10th floor and by night is gets stunning. Spacious and clean room Metro station across the street (very close to central station with intercity connection to Amsterdam). If you walk across the bridge, in aprox 40 min walking you will get to city centre Reception staff was polite and professional, especially Rafi who helped with a smooth check-in and GHA client set up and many useful information about the hotel and surroundings.

Cold room and noizy AC which is not working properly if switched to manual, so better turn it off. After a while, it will start automatically, so will have to turn it off eveytime to avoid "winter windy atmosphere" in the room. The USB charging is not working, even if reception staff knows about it and many reviews are mentioning this aspect, still the solution is you use a normal phone charger The bed is not so comfortable TV behind the glass is causing connection delay The gluten free breakfast options can definitely be improved, there are only some biscuits and bread available, no dessert or pastry, also the salad options were very limited and not refilled

It.s a verry nice hotel to stay with amazing view to the Erasmus breadg.Also we liked it the special desig of the hotel.The breakfast was great and tasty (a lot of choice) and the bathroom was surprisedly big.

The tv it was not always working,after trying to stwitch the program's was no more signal,it was verry strange.We called the reception to fix it,but nobody came to fix the problem.

I got a surprise upgrade. I liked that I could switch off the airco completely and not have to suffer any noise from venting tubes in the building,CAS is often the case in these big hotels. They seem to have a lovely breakfast area as well, different from other hotels.

The airco is for cooling and heating, and there really is nothing like a good old-fashioned radiator for heating in stead of a noisy draughty fan which takes much longer to generate cosy warmth.,but I guess that's the way all modern big hotels are built so no escaping...

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The spacious bathroom added a touch of luxury, and the view from my room was simply lovely. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – there was an impressive variety of food options, all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quality service!

I loved the view from my room, though I was later told the river view is even better – I’ll have to request that next time!

The location of the hotel was great, right In front of metro and tram stations. The rooms were more than comfortable, having all the amenities one might need, and although we stayed just the weekend we could have spent long holidays there. The restaurant of the hotel where the breakfast was served has the most amazing view, while the new upgraded breakfast buffet is totally worth it, as it aims quality over quantity. But most of all, big thanks to Yani, our receptionist, who make this such a great stay. Overall great value for money.

The cleaning could be a bit more elaborate to reach 10/10. There were some details in the room from which you could understand from that the room wasn't deep cleaned often, e.g crumbs at the cover of the chair During breakfast time, the hotel could use some more stuff at the restaurant. The employees were running to ensure all guests were settled, but plenty of table were remaining unmade for a long time after some guests were done with their breakfast.
