This was the best part of a 10 day trip through France and Spain. The room was No1 Suite and was absolutely beautifully furnished with a fabulous view of Avenue de Champagne. We had a complimentary champagne tasting as well as a lovely half bottle in the room. Breakfast was delicious with fresh bread, brioche, croissants, cheeses, ham, fruit, yoghurt and eggs cooked personally for you. There was even a glass of champagne with breakfast should you want it (why wouldn’t you though?) The staff were so accommodating and it felt like a true home from home. Without a doubt somewhere I will return to.

Absolutely nothing. Everything we needed was catered for including our small dog and parking. Fabulous.

Fantastic location. We had room 2 with a dressing hall way ,amazing bathroom on one side and bedroom on the other .It was like being in a friends house albeit a very luxurious one .Chritabelle and all of the staff were amazing and spoke perfect English to compensate for our miserable lack of french

Beautiful accomodation,very good location on Avenue de Champagne- Pol Roger, Perrier Jouet, Esterlin, Moet within 100 m.Excellent staff. Tasting room onsite.

Leclerc is accomodation, not an hotel or self contained apartment. Therefore no concierge, baggage assistance( 1 flight of stairs) no room service, no restaurant.

Everything It was an exquisite stay at this guest house. The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a very long hot drive .A plus was secure parking but it was a little too far and hot to walk into town . The room was lovely coffee ,safe and usb connections in our room .Which had a fabulous view on to the terrace where we had our table and chairs. There was an outside area where we had a glorious dinner and breakfast made by Luce a most gracious host as was her husband Phillipe.

Lovely guest house, felt luxurious, loved the toiletries, very good breakfast. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. This is an old building, and so parts are newly modernised, but certain areas are old, like the creaky floorboards, doors don't close properly, but only a small complaint, still enjoyed the stay.

People thinking it is ok to hold team meetings on lap tops during breakfast, maybe this is something that could be addressed by the establishment, this was a holiday not an office!!

Perfect place in the heart of champagne in Epernay. Beautifully renovated rooms. Lovely courtyard terrace to try champagne.

The hotel, staff, central location and parking. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived and just before we left the lady in charge gave us a bottle of Champagne which we thought was a lovely gesture.

No staff at night, we had an issue at 3.30am in the morning.We had no desire to get up at that time to try and get through to a member of staff to sort it out as we had an 7 hour drive home that morning. No phone in our room either.

Breakfast was lovely. Christina and Emmanuelle are charming hostesses. Emmanuelle gave an impromtu breakfast champagne tasting and was very knowledgeable. The hotel is small , very pretty and the staff are wonderful. Private parking a big bonus and the location could not be beaten. Complimentary 1/2 bottle of champagne in the mini bar was a nice touch.

My only comment is I think at 365 euros per night at deep off season it is quite expensive given the lack of facilities.

Price per room is rather high, but service is good and rooms are spacious. A bit noisy with the paved street near buy.
