Convenient location. Walking distance to beaches & restaurants. Staff was friendly. Clean.

A little run down especially in the bathroom. Things like rust, chipped paint, cracks. Bathtub didn't hold water so shower was the only option. Other hotel guests being loud (playing music/hanging out on walkways).

The motel was decent, nicely remodeled, no carpeting, that was a plus being so close to the ocean. The only issue I had with the room was that there were no towel holders at all aside from one bar in the bathroom and a small bar below the sink that was right above a shelf, so with multiple people, and between the pool, ocean, and shower, it was difficult to properly dry towels. Thankfully we were able to get extra towels very easily and quickly at the front desk! I especially liked the location being right across the street from the beach, just a short walk across two parking lots. It was a really good deal for a great location and we would definitely stay again.

The only issues I had with the room was that there were no towel holders at all aside from one bar in the bathroom and a small bar below the sink that was right above a shelf, so with multiple people, and between the pool, ocean, and shower, it was difficult to properly dry towels. There was also a small bedside table between the beds that had been built up on a little platform, which had a small space at the back of the wall on the floor that things could be accidentally knocked into. I didn't place anything small enough to fall back there on that table though, once I saw it.

I usually stay in much nicer hotels. So this was a huge downgrade from the type of hotels I stay in. I knew this booking and wanted to cut corners and save money for a short trip. I expected the place to spell of “grass” and have a lot of “not so nice people hanging out” it being loud and not super clean. Boy was I WRONG!! This hotel was very nice, room was very clean, staff were friendly, bed was soft, no smells outside, wasn’t loud, no loud partying and was during the 4th of July. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again because they exceeded my expectations

I really hate when places don’t have breakfast even something easy and fast. BUT I knew that going in so this isn’t their fault nor was it a make and break. Walking distance is a gas station and Crabbys that has breakfast lunch and dinner !

I loved how nice the room looked, and the beds were pretty comfortable. the bathroom was well stocked. Also the location is great, as it's right across street from the beach and surrounded by a variety of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also enjoyed using the indoor pool.

I didn't like that there were no downstair rooms available, as we had a baby to carry up and down. In all fairness we did get there a little later in the day, so others beat us to it.

This is a great, inexpensive motel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good shower pressure, and in my case, just down the road from one of my job sites. I don't like their pool, but literally everything else is normally good. Due to the hurricane, I had to extend my stay one day, and they were very accommodating.

I've never liked the pool here, most of the time I was there for work and just didn't care much. I stayed in room 116 once, and I thoroughly hated that room.

The location is almost right on the beach surrounded by several excellent restaurants and walking distance to the beach and pier. Large room and plenty of TV channels to choose from not just 15.

The pool was rather nasty looking the first three days and had a bubbly slimy surface but finally was cleaned. The housekeeper banged on my door early one morning and seemed rude asking for my trash and towels. Never came inside to change sheets.

Everything was great! Staff was amazing, owner accommodated us as we had got in town a lot sooner than expected and was able to still get us into our rooms. Would definitely be coming back. Beds were comfortable and super clean.

Other guests were not the greatest with playing loud music and be rowdy in the pool area had to wait until they left to allow my kids to be there. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest but got the job down.

Very friendly staff, and great location right across from the beach and the pier. Updated rooms with nice vinyl flooring, with microwave and fridge. AC worked great too !

The exterior and pool could use a little refresh, and maybe a little better cleaning inside drawers in the rooms. But overall very decent.

First time staying at this hotel and it will definitely not be my last. I have found me a new go to spot when traveling to St Augustine. The room was up to date, spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. I like that they put ample towels for the number of quest the room could sleep. And these were decent towels, not thin like most cost efficient hotels. I like that there was a charging station on the night stand between the 2 queen beds, I didn't have to hunt for a plug to charge my phone. This was just a short stay, and we didn't arrive until Saturday afternoon. Once we checked in to our room, we took a very short walk to an excellent restaurant for dinner "Crabby's Beachside". Beach access is just across the street and was a beautiful night to walk around. We felt very safe at all times. The next morning we walked just down the sidewalk for breakfast at Little Margie's Cafe. It was OK. I would recommend the Beachside Diner which is a little further down from this hotel, and I would suggest driving. Overall this was a great stay at a very affordable price being you are so close to the beach.

The only thing I would suggest that could have made the room better would be having a hanging rack to hang your clothes on. There was not one in the room we were in. Not sure if all rooms are the same.
