Room Location, Pool, Ground floor, Green lawn was lovely, secure car park, ease of access and egress to premises. A light in the little fridge was good and easy access to our car in secured park.

No facial tissues in room, under beds should have been vacuumed better.

location was great as there were shops ,a short walk across the road. easy access to our chosen venue, undercover and security for our car was reassuring. room was clean and ample size for us, bonus was our room was down stairs and the view from our window , we were presented with a well kept lawn and garden. Lovely bbq and sparkling clean well kept pool. Noise factor was next to zero considering we were on a main road and side street and came from the country. Staff by phone and on arrival was most helpful and friendly. All our request were carried out without any problems, most appreciated by us.

This property was perfect for what we needed! The friends we were visiting live 2 streets away so it was absolutely perfect location for us. The set up of the rooms was great for the kids. Of course we chose to go to Adelaide when there was a mini heat wave so thank goodness for the pool, that was fantastic! This has everything we needed and more will certainly stay again, especially with the price.

There really isn’t anything I didn’t like but I will mention, I grew up in Adelaide and I know the area extremely well but Plympton park isn’t the nicest of areas and some people may not like its location. Due to the housing crisis in Adelaide we were the only guests that we talk to as everyone else is living there. Didn’t bother me but I feel some people may want to know. Check out was also a bit messy with staff asking me to put a key under the door that clearly didn’t fit. These things are small compared to the good.

We arrived and it was 38 degrees, air conditioning was awesome in the room which was extremely clean, bed was really comfortable! Secure car park was excellent with easy access. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming! Wifi was excellent! We didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely! We had downstairs rooms, extremely mobility friendly, hand rails in bathroom and plenty of space in room which was safe for our adult son. Staff responded to our emails quickly and our need requirements for our stay were met. Shopping centre, petrol station and food outlets close by as well as transport if needed. Will definitely stay again! Only thing was, we realised the fridge was off the next morning so our food went sour but I should of checked it was turned on at check-in oops.

This little gem was an absolute surprise for the price. Last minute booking due to travel hiccups. The room was absolutely spotless. Updated recently with block out curtains, lovely Manchester and gorgeous soft super white towells. All new Toaster, Kettle and microwave. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to a Chinese Restaurant and shopping centre. No noise from Marion Road. Vehicle parking is behind electric gate system and under cover. Will recommend and stay again.

The beds. We had a great stay and lots of fun for a mini family getaway and the Cafe acceoss the rd for breakfast was amazing at Forbes shops and convenient supermarket used accross the rd twice as well. Domino's are next door too.

Bathroom too small for family room, BBQ had to pay so we went to nearby park for free instead, thank you for loaning BBQ tools though, couldn't turn on side lamps in our room globes were blown, no cook tops, heater wasn't working well, needs Netflix and WiFi codes and phone nos in room. Not heated pool it was freezing. Whole reason we booked with kids for a get away was because Motel had pool but is was so cold.

The staff at check-in! OMG Tess was so helpful and although I arrived early and not supposed to checkin until 3pm, there was a room available so she checked me in and I was able to do a couple of work meetings for which I am so grateful! #Lifesaver The free wifi was more than enough - I did a few online meetings and it held up! Bathroom was huge and clean and you get your own fridge and microwave and it was just the perfect haven from running around all day to just come home to my room and relax and go to sleep! Oh yes they also have a pool which was so welcomed because the Adelaide sun can be quite glaring and hot! And they have a fully lit, secure parking area for guests with cars so you can come and go in peace and safety! This is now my home away from home in Adelaide when I come here for work.

Comfortable beds, clean environment, easy to find

More hooks for towels in the bathroom would be great for drying wet bathers and extra towels etc for people choosing to use the pool facilities. Maybe just a clothes airer? .. there is plenty of room you could keep in the bathroom and front lawn area . Not a complaint, just a suggestion 😊

Third stay here. Location suited us and we were comfortable with the room and service. Unit is relatively large and with good bed and seating. Secure under-cover car parking was good.

Loud air-conditioning unit from adjoining unit was a nuisance when it was on but host was very apologetic and said it would be promptly fixed

The location. The pool for sure! The secure parking. All great! The staff were lovely too!

I really didn’t like that other guests would smoke RIGHT out the front of their rooms, and we’d either have to walk right past them while they were smoking- or even when we were in our rooms- the smell would frequently waft into our room- even when the door was closed. Yuk!
