Location is good, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean. The patio was good for the kids to be contained and run around (minus the cleanliness of it).

There was a patio connected to the room and it was disgusting. The kids would play out there and come back in covered in black dirt (seriously, it was dirtier than the street somehow). Early check in cost USD35. Not enough dishes in room and no soap or supplies to clean them.

This place truly had it all. The location was near perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered a great breakfast with plenty of choices, and even though I didn't use it, it was nice to know there was a gym available. The shower was a major highlight—a detail that absolutely needs to be mentioned in Peru!

There is a nightclub across the street. I stayed on a higher floor, so the noise didn't bother me. However, on the morning when I had an early tour, I had to wait outside to be picked up. At 4 o'clock, the street was full of people going home, and I saw some urinating on the street. The AC went out a few times, but they were quick to fix it.

Location: Just something that you can't avoid is the nightlife. In the weekend, it gets loud after midnight. Food: every day, same breakfast. Maybe a variation would be lovely. Elevator: There was only one elevator that carries max 7 person. Maybe a larger elevator or an extra will help the flow if there is a fully booked hotel.

It was a comfortable, large room. They cleaned everyday, which we didn’t expect. It is located in a nice neighborhood, and the staff was nice!

There were a few minor annoyances, though they didn’t greatly impact our stay. There is only one (slow) elevator, which is just a bit annoying when coming/going. The hotel is located across the street from a night club. Even with the windows closed, it can be quite loud at night. The shower water turned cold pretty quickly.

> We had a Junior Suite (these are the smallest units) on the 7th floor, which was completely refurbished and modern. We had so much space ! The double bed was very comfy and the room was large and light with big windows. Everything exactly like on the photos. > Big breakfast buffet, including fruit and vegetables. > Large TV (for those who like to watch TV). > Convenient location, almost around the corner from Parque Kennedy and the Tourist Office from where buses leave to the airport every hour for 15 Sol per person. 10 minutes walk to the seafront.

> You cannot open the windows for fresh air, but there was no smell and the air-condition circulates the air very well. > The temperature in the breakfast area could have been warmer (beginning September).

The rooms was perfect and the bed was complete bliss after spending a few night in the amazon. The breakfast was by far more extravagant then other complimentary ones we had.

The staff pissed me off. I'm not one to complain but what they did really set a bad vibe during my two night stay. My family members were already eating the complimentary breakfast when I came down from my room and and I started dishing up when a staff member rushed me and demanded to see my room key. I showed her and she went to verify I was a guest. I apparently was the only person who was accosted about the matter. I asked my sister and her husband if they were asked and they said no. I then watched her with other guests and she did not request any evidence of staying at the facility with anyone else. Very interesting!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Very good location and close to Kennedy Park. Very good breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of choices. The only issue was it’s on a very busy street. Two bars/night clubs right across the street. I was on the 7th floor and lots of car honking and street noise. Without this it would have been perfect stay. The room was as amazing and nice bathroom.

Amazing hotel. The room was very big, the beds very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The gym is great big and wonderful machines. The lady in the front desk Vanessa was very friendly, always smiling. The girls who served breakfast were so helpful and nice. And the location is amazing: right next to à many restaurants and a great park.

I wouldn’t change anything. If I go back to Lima this is where I will stay again

This is a really nice little hotel, close to the Kennedy Park. There’s plenty of room for your luggage and everything is clean and in good condition. Some have commented on sound from the street, but we found it very quiet - there are double windows which helps keep sound out. We did stay on a Sunday, though, so probably less partying than on some other days. The breakfast buffet was decent with several options.

The beds are short and your feet will stick out if you’re above 180 cm.

The hotel is well located in Miraflores and the rooms (large, comfy beds, good showers) as well as the gmy (large, clean and well equiped) were great.

As some other reviews already mentioned, it is close to some clubs, so it is quite loud at night. If you are a light sleeper, don't forget ear-plugs and ask for a room above the 4th floor (gym is at the 1st/2nd floor which has some loud music as well).
