The hostel was bright, clean and cheerful. The ‘room’ was more a small apartment, with three rooms - a living area, a bedroom and a bathroom. There was also a very small balcony. The bed was a proper double and comfortable, and the room had a fan. There was only one pillow each, but there was a decorative cushion on the bed, so I used that as a second pillow. There was also a blanket available, if needed. The living area had a table, two chairs, a fridge, microwave and kettle. There were two cups each with a sachet of mint tea and coffee. The bathroom had a nice shower and was well maintained.

The hostel is located in the south, close to key spots like the airport and Los Cristianos, which is convenient. The room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. It's situated away from the main tourist areas, so it's a good place to relax. The accommodation was also affordable.

There aren’t many dining options nearby. The rooms are quite close together, so you might hear other guests. They're also a bit small, which can make them feel stuffy at times, so you may need to open the balcony door for fresh air.

I had an amazing stay at Neon Hostel, and I cannot recommend it enough! What truly sets this place apart is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One day, we decided to add the breakfast buffet, but my wife is lactose-intolerant. To our surprise, one of the staff members went out to the supermarket next door to buy lactose-free milk just for her. This thoughtful gesture genuinely touched me. The entire hostel was spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Even after checking out, we were allowed to relax on the rooftop terrace, soaking up the sun. The hostel is also very conveniently located, with a bus stop just 100 meters away and parking available right outside.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were a highlight of my stay. They gave me so many good recommendations for activities and places to visit. The area is convenient for bus travel (bus stop just outside the building); 10-15 minutes, you are in Los Cristianos. I would definitely recommend this place, amazing value.

The room I was in was quite hot, the ceiling fan helped a lot. Keep the fan on and you will be fine. The WiFi didn't quite reach my room but this wasn't much of an issue for me.

A lot for the money. The staff is amazing and came with good recommendations, and the place is really clean. We got a free upgrade since the room we were supposed to have had just been painted and still had a smell of paint. We got a room in a bungalow in the same area as the hostel, which has a kitchen, living room, and an amazing garden with a pool, grill for BBQ, nice places to sit and eat, and sunbeds. Very quiet area but still very close to most things in the south. Perfect place if you rent a car and don't need to have a beachfront. 5-10 minutes by car to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, and Costa Adeje area. also right next to the highway, so it's easy to go anywhere. There is also plenty of space to park for free.

The key to the front door didn't work as it should. We used the backdoor. The shower door should be better; it was on the outside of the shower, so all the water went outside and made a puddle on the floor. We wish there were a wine opener in the kitchen.

The location was ok because there is a bus station right next to the hostel so you can get a bus every hour that gets you to the airport in 20 minutes. Its a bit far from the sea shore and supermarkets, but you do get to feel a more local life. The staff was very nice and helpful, I think its a family business, they were happy to answer any questions about getting around. The room was very clean and nicely designed, with a big shower and hot water. One advantage/downside is the proximity of the highway which is always busy and noisy, but the windows did a good job in filtering the noise. Breakfast was nice and fresh, with plenty of options and good coffee. Overall, I think its a good price/quality ratio.

I didn't appreciate the sensor lights in the toilet, the bright light scares my sleep away during the midnight use of wc.

I asked a room on ground floor before booking online, but reception girl there did not offer that our room on 1st floor from the beginning, but sent us to 3 th floor. Unfortunately no elevator there

Location, as we rented a car and wanted to stay our 2 first days not far from the airport, it was only 15 minutes from there. The room was clean and spacious enough.

We almost fell down while washing in the shower, must be placed something within the shower. No socket to charge a phone near the bed. No any bench in the room to place any bed light. Too complicated way of making a coffee, yet the coffee itself was good.

Staff lovely. Breakfast good choice. Easy to get buses everywhere to explore island. Room basic but comfy and clean.

Only annoying thing was the bedroom and bathroom lights being on sensors so when you got up to use toilet during night the bedroom light came on too very bright, waking you up. Only slight problem we experienced

Surprisingly good, I wasn’t expecting much but it’s been renovated, the rooms are new so it was pleasant.

I think I read in the description “soundproof” but at least my room wasn’t, you can hear the highway with closed windows and people in other rooms through the closed doors. It has 4 floors without lift, better count on that with luggage.
