The hotel is very convenient just opposite to the Fatima shrine . The road is lit up and very safe to walk at night. Parking is available in the property compound. Eating places are a bit of a walk 5-8 mins around the winding roads. We had cozy room facing the cathedral.

People wake up very early to attend the service at church and the noise from the other rooms can be heard. Especially the bathroom In use. There is no one at the reception area throughout . On arriving at the property a phone number stuck on the main entrance has to be called to inform them your waiting at the property. To avoid this during your booking specify the time range of your arrival.

The location was perfect for us. The cathedral was an easy walk as were some good little cafes. Parking was easy and the general layout of the hotel was fine. It was basic and the pictures of our room were accurate.

It wasn't staffed during the day when we arrived, but we were a little earlier than expected from Lisbon. A quick call got someone to drive up, open the door and check us in. That took all of 5 minutes so it's not a complaint. It's just that there wasn't a clear note on the sign at the front door to call and someone would show up in a few minutes.

The room was good and well-located. There's a cafe nearby and it's near the basilica as well. I believe there's parking, but I did not use it. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I'd come back more times.

The waiting for the check in was a bit disturbing because we had to wait in line for doing the check in and we were tired of the trip so this could be improved for next time, the noise we can hear from the other rooms woke us up in the morning, the remote of the tv was not working properly.

Across the street from Fatima Sanctuary, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Parking available if needed, nothing very fancy but super convenient if you’re planning to go to the sanctuary. They have a small Chapel in the hotel , if you go with a priest, he can celebrate Mass in there.🙏🏻

Showers are a bit small, if you’re big, it may be a challenge to fit in there. Other than that location is perfect.

There is no permanent staff at the hotel. We arrived late and the hotel was closed. We had to wait for some time for someone to come and let us in, and then some more time for someone to do the check in. Apart from this all went very good and the staff was very kind.

The location was great. The Basilica in the Sanctuary was right across the street from me, and the amenities I needed were a short walk away.

However, although well-furnished, the room was too small for my needs. I could have used a conventional closet or dresser and a writing desk. My mobility was somewhat constrained. Still, the bathroom was well-facilitated and bright.

The room was comfortable and just as pictured. So close to the shrine which is what we wanted. You can hear the bells and singing from our room which we didn’t mind. We checked in at midnight but there was a lady called Maria who came within 5 minutes of calling to help us with check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again 😊

I wish it had a kettle in the rooms to make a cup of coffee in the mornings!

Location, cleanliness, staff, offered great value and everything you need on a pilgrimage.

The mains water must be pumped as it doesn't flow but surges which is audible. Flushing the toilet at night means a couple of minutes of pumping noise which is a little disturbing to others in the room. It's not that bad and I'd stay again.

The location is perfect. The view to the Church is simply spectacular, very heartwarming and peaceful. I loved to hear the Church bells. A nice walk to the restaurants. The hotel is tucked in a safe and quiet area.The room is very comfortable. It has a beautiful chapel for silent prayer/ meditation. Jessica, one of the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. Instead of my 2 nights, i extended to 3 more days. Highly recommended for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Very good toilette and shower, comfortable beds and clean sheets. Soft towels, plenty of blankets to pick from in the closet. Free soap and shampoo. We even had drawers. Easy access to the roof through the balcony. Beds are easily connectable. 3 charging plugs, but they were quite hidden. Great price, the later you book the better. There were ants in our room and because of being so close to the sanctuary, the bells made it hard for us to sleep well, so it's not the best for light sleepers
