Very nice rooms. Boho chic. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. Will absolutely stay here again next time in San Pancho. Very central in town. And only 5 minute walk to the beach.

I wouldn’t touch that pool. Laying pool side was excellent. But the risk of iguana feces in the pool was too real for me and a risk I wouldn’t take.

We stayed for two nights and before arriving requested another night because we wanted to stay longer. Both rooms were excellent, clean and furniture and bed were comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The cafe and coffee shop were an added bonus. They have great coffee and many breakfast options that were delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when in San Pancho.

It was so posh. Large room. Large comfortable stairs.

The hot tubs didn’t have adjustable heat settings. The hottest tub they had was just above lukewarm at best and then bubble setting didn’t work. Idk maybe they did but maybe it just wouldn’t work for me. The WiFi was incredibly spotty. At least in the room we stayed in which was 6 Lluvia.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location, staff and rooms were amazing. While breakfast is not included there's a great little coffee shop downstairs and incredible options throughout town.

Water pressure and temp when in and out but you would find that anywhere.

The property is lovely. It’s clean and has lovely areas throughout. We stayed in #4 Coco which is a ground floor suite with a small semi private pool (it is attached to the main pool) and has the little nest swing outside.

The road the hotel is on (Asia) is dirty and very bumpy. The road directly behind (America Latina) is in better condition and has a fabulous wellness center and some very cute bars!

Property was very clean, the little details are everything! Like the fresh water you receive when you check in, the courtesy drinks we got. It was raining the day we stayed , ghe environment was fenomenal!! Very incredible and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with charming, large rooms. Beautiful pool and rooftop tubs, comfortable beds, and helpful reception staff. The town of San Pancho is the best spot on the Riviera Nayarit!

Hotel provides beach towels, but it would be great if they provided beach umbrellas as well.

Loved this place! Even before we got there the communication with staff told me this place was special! Then when we got there it was one of the most beautiful modern hotels I've ever stayed in. Really gorgeous architecture combined with jungley plants to soften the feel. And then when I opened the fridge and found the complementary local microbrews I swooned! The beds were very comfortable and hypo-allergenic. The coffee shop and staff was really great too. And the activities that were organized for guests were truly special. We made such fantastic family memories there!

I've just got to say it - people like a solid door to the toilet. I think this is a place where the architecture needs to be compromised and the frosted glass needs to be replaced with something that goes from the floor up and can't be seen through. Also - don't expect the area to be quiet. Bring earplugs and a chill attitude.

Modern and sleek. Quiet. Cafe attached is solid. A block walk to main drag and just a few blocks to the beach.

The pools and hot tubs temperatures varied wildly daily which was weird and inconvenient.

great position, easy walk to the beach and main street, nice sized room, cafe down stairs only open till early afternoon, front desk mostly nice and kind but variable , nice pool and roof top spa excellent with great view

considering we paid for two rooms for 2 and four days when we had to cancel one night then the manager could have made some concession/discopunt
