The staff are so friendly and really made our stay special, always smiling, saying good morning/good afternoon and greeting me by my name. The breakfast was so convenient and we didn’t get sick of it over our 10 night stay as there was plenty of options. They will also give you some yellow watermelon if they have it available with your breakfast. The pool was always clean and there’s plenty of shade so you can enjoy the pool at anytime of the day without getting burnt. There is also a minimart connected to the reception which is so convenient. The bed was big and comfy and the room was spacious and clean. There was also no mosquitos around which was nice because that’s obviously a common issue in Indonesia. The moped rental was very cheap. The laundry was cheap and convenient. Would stay here again and have recommended to friends.

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. Not a huge deal though!

We had a great stay at Tri Putri Homestay. It’s not directly located in the center, so it’s more quiet and even the main strip is within walking distance (10 mins). The scooter rental and laundry service is fast and cheap. Totally recommend staying here and it’s worth the cost/price value.

Our sink broke one night, but they immediately repaired it the next day.

We stayed in the fabulous Tri Putri homestay for over 1 month! We left and came back a couple of times and stayed in 4 different rooms - which were all a great size, clean with very comfortable beds! The pool was perfectly maintained, the breakfast super yummy and not forgetting how completely wonderful all the staff who work there are! Everyone is so polite, kind and helpful, and Aya who runs Tri Putri is truly a beautiful human! She made us smile every single day, no request was too much, and it was a joy to chat with her each day. Thank you for having us for such a long time in Kuta, Lombok - we couldn’t have asked for anything more from you!! 🙏🏻✨

We LOVED our stay here. The lovely lady on reception was too kind!! She did everything to make your stay exceptional. Every single person that worked there was so friendly, happy and helpful! Everyone was so relaxed and laid back. The bike rental was only 60k a day!!! They were good quality bikes too. The breakfast was amazing, i think i had chocolate pancakes every morning 😂. The rooms were nice, really clean and the bedding smelt lovely. We also had our washing done here and it was dealt with so carefully! They smelt really fresh and were dried outside using the sun which we highly value because we don’t want our clothes to shrink using a dryer. We felt so at home here and it was all thanks to the amazing staff. We are definitely coming back again in August!! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a scooter and found the location to be really good for us. The room was excellent value for money (basic but comfortable) with a large bed. We really appreciated the lovely breakfast included & that we were able to refill our water also. Last but not least, the owner was lovely & kind, making sure that we were ok during our stay.

More so an improvement rather than a dislike…. But the shower floor is on an angle away from the drain which meant that the water would pond in the middle. We had to kick the water towards the drain so maybe a squeegee stick would help for this. But honestly, for the price, we didn’t mind doing it.

The stuff was really lovely and they took care of everything i had a problem with. They have scooters to rent and the homestay is close to the little city.

They close the gate at night (probably for safety which is good) but if you come home late or wanna go early to see the sunrise, you can‘t open it:/

Aya and her family welcomed us really kind at their homestay ☺️ They are really supportive and they helped us to arrange a private transport from Senggigi to Kuta to the homestay. We also had a nice room (bungalow). It was clean and nice decorated. You could choose between different dishes for breakfast (we recommend the pancakes because they are really tasty) and you could also rent a cheap motorcycle at their homestay. Our stay at Tri Putri homestay was one of the best experiences we had during our travel in Lombok/Indonesia and here are the reasons why: - The drivers that picked us up from the airport were very funny, had snacks and learned us some local words (honest price for airport pick up) -The host named Aya is very friendly and helpful! If we had any questions Aya was there for us! - we rented motorbikes from the homestay for a very good price - They did our laundry (nice smelling laundry detergent) -The breakfast was amazing!! best banana pancakes! - There is a little mini market attached to the homestay for buying drinks/snacks for the beach (cheaper than the bigger supermarkets in city centre) - Great location close to the city centre but also very quiet in de night - A nice cozy cottage with balcony and a beautiful view on the inner garden. There even is a swimming pool but we didn't use it. All in all everything you need when staying in Kuta! Definitely would recommend and if we go to Kuta again we will book here!!

It was a really nice stay in Tri Putri. The staff are so kind and especially the woman who helped us. We called her our "Lombok mama", cause she was always willing to help us with everything. The location is a bit outside the busy aera, but you'll find restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

Everything was quite good! If I had to say something, maybe the area around and under the bed could be a bit more clean, but overall, it was clean.
