Beautiful setting in the mountains with view nice breakfast clean room. Room was for handicap and neither of us needed so Bathroom felt a little small/shorter

Under construction which wasn’t really noticeable but our hot water did not work morning of departure. There was mention of bears frequenting the entry due to the dumpster I guess that is resolved now but beware!

Please put handles on the inside and outside of the sliding bathroom doors! In the morning, room 202 supplies nothing but hot water, regardless of handle positions. Have never seen that before (and my career as an airline pilot to me to a lot of hotel rooms!).

The location is very nice, the breakfast has some healthy options.

We’ve stayed several times over the years here and it is definitely time for a “facelift” that they are planning this winter (2023) into the spring. Also for the price I think there should be daily re-fresh on your room.

I loved the location - so close to skiing and snow tubing! Our family also enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool!

I think they need to do a little better job cleaning. The floors seemed dirty and the room could have been cleaned better.

Good location for our journey, quiet, clean and comfortable with very nice, large room. Great shower and TV.

Nothing really - although quite expensive but seems to be in an expensive rural area

Clean & well kept facilities—breakfast was very good —large selection—and fresh. Wonderful staff who were so pleasant.

Very quiet hotel! Easy access to restaurants and sights. Staff were wonderful.

The hotel is in need of an update but we were glad to see there were signs in the lobby saying that an update was coming.

For a complimentary breakfast it was fine. I guess if you were to turn it into a restaurant you would need to hire more people and increase to cost of staying at the hotel. Don't do that! It is great the way it is.

I have nothing to complain about.

We did not have breakfast during our visit but were given any extra packets of sugar/cream needed for our coffee in our room. During the Covid Season we chose to try out several restaurants as we were out during the day and we are do not usually have breakfast. During past visits at any Hampton Inn we have taken the time/opportunity for breakfast and enjoyed the service/selection etc. very much. Particularly like the attention to mask requirement inside during the Covid Season!!

The small refrigerator was unplugged and we did not notice that it was not cooling until the end of the first day as we returned. Refreshments that we left in the refrig were warm and melted when we notice that it was not working. We pulled it out and noticed that it was NOT plugged in. The ice machines on several floors were also unplugged/no ice. I finally went to the lobby and got ice from that area.

During our stay the hot tub was not working It helps to relax after walking in the mountains Pretty carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor where we stayed was not vacuumed Did not like the fact that working personal and guests were eating breakfast in the same area If they would not loud , we would probably did not noticed them . another noticeable thing was their pens covered with the paint in the breakfast area Using the same pool with the guests In some country this would not be acceptable
