Great room and breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful with a smile, we even got free coffee and cake. If we are ever going back to Moss again, this is where we will stay again!

Central location. Free parking in the middle of downtown for the duration of your stay. Next door neighbor to a beautiful church, a park, playground and a calm area used as an Ice skating rink in the winter months. Clean common areas, with several cozy sitting groups with big leather chairs and candle light.

There is no elevator, and the stairs are built in a slightly vertigo inducing way. But a sturdy handle makes it easy to navigate

The break fast was good, and location is nice for people who coming only for work not for outing But the hotel was very very good and customer service was excellent

The central location, plus my late wife and I stayed there when we came to Moss for our son’s wedding about 15 years ago. I liked the ambience of the hotel, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is wonderful.

Only one minor issue - there was no plug in my sink.

The hotel is so well up keep, wonderful amenities the staff is amazing. Very helpful on my stay here a good breakfast buffet, and a bar and some hot sandwiches if you need them late at night.

I loved everything about this place except for the stairs, but we could all use the exercise right

Everything is perfect. Rooms are clean and food is great. Really helpful staff.

Only downside is that the netflix was not working in the room. Was planning on watching movies all night. The staff did try to fix the issue to no avail

Excellent room with good view over fountain and park. Very good breakfast selection and good quality. Very clean throughout. Bathroom recently refurbished with underfloor heating etc. Staff very courteous and helpful. Good city centre location with all facilities close by.

No lift (elevator) to upper floors.

The hotel was well-kept with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff was really smiling and friendly and quick to respond to questions.

We were traveling with my parents-in-law and would have liked an elevator to avoid the stairs.

The location was close to the town center and close to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The breakfast included all from cereal to cooked breakfast.
