Spotlessly clean, great staff. Room 1119 on serenity side was in the corner so very quiet. Only a few steps to the pool. Everything there for self catering. Town/beach around 15minute walk. Bus infrequent but taxi back €5. Good pub grub Hammonds, next door to hotel if you don’t want to walk into town. Didn’t use hotel for dinner as not a buffet fan. Breakfast was ok but preferred to cook at apartment.

Not so much I didn’t like about hotel except they didn’t implement their rule on leaving towels on sunbeds! It stated they would be removed but unfortunately they weren’t and 80% of selfish folk “booked” their sunbed and didn’t show till late morning/afternoon! My pet hate! But our apartment had sunbeds on patio and we were near the pool so it worked for us.

We stayed in serenity side and it was very quiet, immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the one bedroom apartment was immaculate, cleaner in 4 times in a week. We only had breakfast and there was a lot of choice and was tasty. The walk out at night to the restaurants bars etc isn’t far but reception can get you a taxi in minutes. We had room 1110 which was fantastic highly recommended that one. We would definitely come back.

lovely, quiet location. Nice spacious apartment. Good sized pool & plenty of sunbeds. Easy walking distance from shops/ restaurants.

Evening restaurant menu buffet only, not full menu options as advertised on the hotel website. No where to shower on last day after checking out. we we unable to enjoy our last day by the pool when our flight was 9pm. Bathroom needs an extractor fan, also black mould in shower tray.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of choice and variation throughout the week, the pool in the Serenity area is very clean and incredibly relaxing. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, comfortable and have the all the basics you need. Location was good, an easy 15/20min walk to the main bar, restaurant area in Costa Teguise.

The only thing I can think of is the sun beds could be comfier.

Fast easy check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartments spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything you need. The pool and grounds stunning and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and excellent quality. Nice and quiet, a place for total relaxation.

I was ok but some of my family had issues with the WiFi. Not a major thing.

The serenity area is calm, quiet, clean and beautifully set out. The pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful and the food really good. It is so nice to have a proper big sitting room in the apartment where four people can sit, plus a balcony. It was a nice place to be and a really quick walk to the beach, shops, aquarium etc.

More sunbeds to go round and tea and coffee in the room would have been an extra bonus, but we really enjoyed this hotel.

The adults only was just fab, pool area is so clean and relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and facilities just enough for our stay. A lovely touch with a bottle of wine to welcome us. Bedrooms tastefully done and beds clean and comfortable. The grounds were super clean and very well maintained, lovely little touches with positive messaging. We only stayed bed and breakfast, and there was something for everyone. The staff were just lovely

The peaceful pool area of serenity side . Very comfortable apartment . Lovely to walk through and see the prettiness of the well looked after gardens .

Walk to square areas felt a bit far at times. Breakfast always too busy, maybe a revamp needed or serenity side to hv own.

We liked everything. Location/ cleanliness/ food was great so much choice with lots of veg options too and plentiful. We opted for half board and were glad we did that as didn't have to think y every night where to go to eat as were out exploring during the day and were too tired . We really liked smiley head waiter / host Miguel who was so wellcoming :)).

Absolutely beautiful hotel..really peaceful if that’s what you’re looking for, the grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, the breakfast buffet was something else..everything to suit everyone and absolutely lots of it..just a short walk from some lovely shops and food, beautiful beaches and scenery..I found the locals very friendly.. would 100% come back to not just Lanzarote but also this hotel
