Large, comfortable apartment with fully functional kitchen. Large windows which provided lots of beautiful, natural light. Nicely decorated with solid, comfy couches and bed. Very quiet building and street. We slept really well. Free , secure parking and an easy walk to a good shopping area with a great variety of good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, would stay there again and highly recommend Park House.

Everything was perfect. I wasn't a fan of the television, it was hard to use and it took long to respond. Its a minor issue and did not take away from the overall experience.

Although soundproofed we could here people in next apartment as front doors weren't sealed well, although they were speaking loudly. An electric kettle would have been better than a stovetop kettle. Found the ironing board but no iron! More hooks would have helped in the bathroom to hang towels and robes. A socket by the mirror in the bedroom would be beneficial for the hairdryer. Lighting was a bit dim. Despite these points we would recommend Park House and would stay again.

Self check-in via codes which were immediately available to us on Booking.com The place was much larger than I was expecting, and there was a great range of furniture and equipment. We work remotely, so this worked very well for us! The hosts were super responsive when we needed help with something, and the loveliest people. There is ample parking clearly marked. The temperature of the place was great, we didn't have to adjust anything. I also really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was!

Depending on the room you get, and how loud other guests are, you can hear quite a bit of sound (to no fault or control of the hosts). The property could be marked a little better, although they clearly state that it isn't marked in the description. More toilet paper could be left in a cupboard, just to avoid the hassle of having to ask for more. The smart TV was bit slow and could use a tune-up.

Great Location - near the bus station. Comfortable bed. Complentary coffee, cream and soap. Amenties - fridge, microwave, toaster ect. Excellent price.

Not sure if I just missed it but heads up that that coffee and cream was there would be a great added touch - not everywhere has it :) Air conditioner filter could have been cleaned..

Parkside House is centrally located in Barrie. While we were only there for one night, the location is very convenient, the backyard/garden is lovely, parking is convenient and included, the room is very comfortable.

The walls were a bit thin, so it was easy to hear people talking in neighbouring rooms. Otherwise the place was great!

Exactly as seen in the photos. The very friendly host was there to welcome me. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment very clean. Some local restaurants recommendations were listed on a welcome note left on the secretary. Nice attention!

The lights in the bathroom do not have a dimmer to dim the light at night and the (noisy) fan turns on automatically with the lighting... A detail that is not one when you want to relax in a good hot bath... Too bad! Other than that… All good!

Spacious, well appointed apartment in a quiet residential street close to historic Barrie downtown. Superb location. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning that worked. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. This is a gem of a place. Highly recommended. The hosts could not be more helpful. Plenty of off street parking.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained The owners are on hand all the time if you have any problems which is great .There is free secure parking at the back of the property.

The hosts are great and the soaker tub in my room was a great place to watch movies in the bathtub. What a treat!

Some of the other guests were disruptive but the host took care of this and apologized directly.
