Older property but clean and spacious with comfortable beds and full kitchen, as well as gas grills by the pool. We were there for a sporting event and were hardly there but overall very good. Only suggestion is $25 to park is ridiculous and we just parked in the street, which is pretty quiet and safe.

This place is perfect! The rooms are huge,big living room,dining room and the kitchen has washer,dryer,dishwasher. Very clean, perfect working air conditioner. Beds are awesome real comfy. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The pool is clean and right temp. I highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and helpful. We will be coming back. My little granddaughter refers it as her vacation house.! Thank you so much!!!

Towels thin and poor quality. Carpets furniture inside and out are old dusty worn. Floors weren't clean upon arrival. New curtains desperately needed in room 9. Tv didn't work in living room. Not enough dishwasher tablets or washing powder left. Broken lounger left in our garden. Dirty dusty outside furniture. This complex needs a bit of money spent updating them. Beds clean comfortable. Bathroom spotless.

I was ticked off to have to pay an additional hidden cost of 25$ a night to park in a covered parking that was not mentioned in the bookings add. It felt like one more of those deceiving additional cost like fees and fees , taxes etc, it never ends….

The location and space was really nice. It was great having 2 bathrooms. The location was good bc we enjoyed DTPS other cities nearby without having to drive an hour. The pool was nice.

I wish the tv in the common area had simpler access to live TV. I also desired a larger lamp near the TV in the master bedroom.

The kitchen was not stocked very well with basic amenities. Also, unable to use the pool due to untenable diarrhea restrictions. And water leak in light fixture in the bathroom middle of the night.

Maria, Rosemary n Ken were awesome. Great/awesome customer service. Even the maintenance guy was very nice. 1st time visiting Palm Springs I loved it. Quite place to rest. It really feels like home, but much better no traffic. I really enjoyed. Thinking of going again n staying In Casitas del Monte🤍

Beautiful, fully-equipped, very spacious villa. Very clean. Pretty grounds. Lovely pool and hot tub. Great staff.

Note that you will need to drive to supermarkets, restaurants etc. There wasn't anything within walking distance.

The property was comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was outdated but clean and having two bathrooms was great.

No locks on the bedroom OR bathroom doors is something that is easy to fix and should be done immediately.

Check in and out was easy, and the apartment was big and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

As many accommodations in the area, the facilities are a bit outdated.
