Super helpful and kind staff, the facilities were amazing! We loved the salted pool and the day beds were incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible and the restaurants at the hotel were top notch.

The hotel is in a secluded part of the island, which made getting around a bit tricky. To reach the main road, you have to drive in the opposite direction, and with only one (very expensive) taxi company on the island, we felt a bit stuck. That said, the hotel itself is so beautiful and comfortable, you could easily stay put and enjoy it without needing to leave.

Clean. Lovely staff. Great breakfasts (but a few too many unnecessary ingredients, like flowers and picked onion on the avocado & toast). Feels relatively new, but it’s smaller than it looks online.

Location. It’s a 5 star feel hotel in a 2 star area. Limited choice at the restaurants on the marina if you have any dietary restrictions and that it for your choice of places to eat, unless you dine in the expensive onsite restaurants. The marina is very “Brits Abroad” and caters pretty much for the British crowds… the “tapas” consists of chicken fingers and fries in many places. We took a cab to Ciutadella for 2 days in a row just for something to do and for some decent places to eat.

Room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean and staff very friendly. The afternoon fruit by the pool was a great touch. We had a problem with our safe in the room and the staff were very quick and efficient in sorting this for us. Any queries we had the staff helped us. Pool area was clean and the provider of bed covers before your towel seemed hygienic.

Food at breakfast was good however we found some parts bizarre. My boyfriend just wanted a basic scrambled egg on toast for breakfast but because that wasn’t an option already on the set menu they would only put scrambled egg on a plate and he had to go up and get his own toast. Even though on the menu there were many options with scrambled egg and toast so it would have been no trouble to combine these. I would have also preferred to toast my own bread instead of picking up a pre toasted one from a hot counter.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. My friend and I were competing in the Cami de Cavalls trail race that weekend and staying here was such a bonus to an already fantastic weekend. The rooms are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Our breakfast each morning was one of the best parts; an abundance of foods to choose from and always greeted with the friendliest staff. We dined one of the evenings at their Peruvian restaurant and wow, let me tell you - it was delicious! I recommend the bread in a ceramic bowl and the tuna cervicé. 100% recommend - and get yourself a good deal and go early May when it's not super expensive!

The location is great, the pools are amazing, spa and other areas are great. And in a place with access to amazing natural beauty. Do rent a car and drive to enjoy the place, but make sure to reserve some time to enjoy the pools and the bars they have that are great!

There are small annoyances that could easily be solved with simple process changes. 1 - booking spa time should be possible to do in the front desk on outside hours. And the website to perform the booking should work, so we can in the evenings decide to do a spa in the next morning. 2 - Be careful to send half boarding confirmation messages with restaurants that are closed and for people who don't have this option. 3 - Fix broken equipment on the gym.

The staff was very kind and the resort has a very good design with a beautiful environment. Loved the pool area and that the resort is adult only, so we actually got to use the pools, unlike at other hotels. The food was good in the restaurants, although we had to wait a lot for food each time, and one time they also forgot to bring our our order. I felt it was a bit overpriced, but for a holiday its okay.

My only problem was with the Wifi, which should have been a lot better for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. It was a public wifi where you had to sign in and the signal was often very bad. Other than that everything was great and the staff was very helpful with everything. Breakfast food was delicious and well made however I didnt like that we had order bread/coffee separately everytime. Would have been just easier to put it out so we can grab for ourselves. ☺ I was also missing the vegetables from the breakfast, but other than that they had plenty of everything.

My mother and I stayed for 5 nights at the Suites Del Lago Hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and loved the aesthetic and design. We stayed in a room with a private pool - the pool was colder than the main pool but was calming sitting on the balcony/terrace. The service has a whole was impeccable and outstanding - anything we needed the team assisted. For example our room was facing the main bar and we wanted somewhere quieter - the team moved us to another suitable room - without hesitation. We had breakfast only and it tasted amazing - from their hot breakfast to their fruit and pastries and selection of jams there was a lovely variety to choose from. For dinner and lunch - there was a nice selection of restaurants on the marina which was near to the hotel to eat. The only downside - found there was not much selections for vegetarians (except La Fontana - they had a veggie menu!) But still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! I would like to personally thank Pedro (Reception) Genny (Breakfast) and Diego (Kaypa) for their service and making our stay that more special. You will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

The staff were all warm and welcoming; a very friendly environment. Gimena, Genny, Nico, Lourdes, Samuel, Ana, Rosa, Davinia, Magda and Maya in the “foc” restaurant looked after us superbly. The room was fantastic; lovely size with a little garden area overlooking the marina. The food was delicious. It is quite expensive (if not doing half board) but well worth the money. The entire site was clean and the cleaning staff work tirelessly all day, including two services of the rooms - one clean during the day and also one after 8pm. Both pools were great and offer something different - the Talaoitic pool is cooler, great for having a swim and cooling off after laying in the sun; the other pool has a jacuzzi corner and a swim-up bar. The local marina just has a lovely vibe with some shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from, a handful of which are owned by the Lago Resort. There is a 19th century lighthouse about a 10-15 minute walk away where you can catch a stunning sunset over the Mediterranean.

There is only one beach in the area which is packed all day.

This hotel combines eco-conscious comfort and a fantastic location, but it’s the exceptional staff who are the real gem, making the experience unforgettable We stayed in a room overlooking the marina with a private patio, which was a real highlight. The room was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The dining experience at the Foc restaurant was exceptional. The staff there were particularly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that each meal was enjoyable. Their warm service made a significant difference, adding a personal touch to our dining experiences that we greatly appreciated. Choosing the half-board option proved to be an excellent decision, as the quality and variety of food exceeded our expectations. Overall, the exceptional service throughout the hotel, especially in the restaurant, really set our stay apart. We would highly recommend Suites del Lago Resort and look forward to visiting again!

Very nice hotel, great and atentative staff, small surprises on the room every day. Hotel restaurant is nice, well organised and cosy. Overall, really very nice experience. I would probably give 10 rating, but there were few points for improvement.

Acoustic comfort of the room was good, but door at the balcony did not seal well. Result is that you hear neighbours during the night when they speak at their terrace. We even had some loud ones. Prices of drinks are on the high side and pool at the room is quite cold.
