Garni Hotel Kruso offers impressively clean rooms that come equipped with small kitchenettes and all the basic utensils—a nice touch even for guests like myself who didn't plan to cook. The breakfast, while somewhat limited in options, proved perfectly adequate to start the day. I particularly appreciated the availability of garage parking, a valuable amenity in Montenegro. The staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness throughout my stay, ready to assist with any needs. Another convenient feature was the elevator access from the parking garage directly to the lobby and guest rooms, making luggage transport effortless.

The parking situation in the garage reflected the broader Montenegrin parking culture—chaotic and frustrating. Local guests parked with little regard for others, creating situations where I couldn't even access my own vehicle without staff assistance. While this disorderly parking approach seems common throughout Montenegro, the hotel should implement stricter measures to prevent such chaos in their garage and ensure all guests have proper access to their vehicles.

We would like to say big THANK YOU, to all of the people who welcomed us in this wonderful hotel! So far one of the best holidays we ever had. It’s mine 12 time in Montenegro and I know what to compare with. THE TEAM IS REMARKABLE. All of them extremely polite, with great qualification and knowledge of what they are doing. Amazing English. Unique characters. We will miss them. 
ROOM WAS SUPERB! Comfortable beds, amazing sofa-bed. Top mark cleaning service every day. Beautiful design and great view from the balcony. 
 Another great thing about this hotel is INCLUDED BREAKFAST! Oh my! It was different every day , so many options ( even my DAIRY FREE milk and GLUTEN FREE meals) and everything was so delicious (especially grilled vegetables, hummus and their pies) ! Better then most Turkish All inclusive hotels I’ve been! Really impressed all of us! Our KIDS (6 and 4) WERE WELCOMED everywhere and they could stay kids and supported by the team at the Swedish table. They had so much attention and care. Thank you a lot for your kind approach to them! And another huge plus of this hotel is INFINITY POOL AND SAUNA ON THE ROOF ARE STUNNING! Just a magic! We invited our relatives for extra price and spent lovely evening together! View is gorgeous! 
 
We visited this hotel in early May for 2 weeks and it was great decision as town is quite before summer season. Weather is great not too hot and the water is nice and fresh we swim every day. We took a timer and it says that even walking with two kids it takes just 3 minutes to arrive to the great Raffaelo beach! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone! It is one of the best places in town for sure.

Great location, 20 min walk to old town along beach promenade. Lovely breakfast and really sweet staff. Very comfy bed. Shame no air con in bedroom.

The pool has bird poo on the sides for the whole 2 days we were there. there were no staff to get you a drink at the pool during the day - you had to go down 4 floors to reception and even then there were no bar staff on shift until the eve. Staff did bring a drink up but it seemed like an effort having said initially they couldn’t do it.

I stayed for two nights at Cruso Hotel in Herceg Novi, Montenegro, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give special thanks to Ivan for his exceptional service and providing many interesting information about the country. Highly recommend!

Good choice of breakfast laid out beautifully. Roof top pool and sun lounging area with Sauna offered amazing views and cooling wind. I had an accident whilst there (whilst boating) and used hotel to recuperate until I could fly again. The staff were AMAZING, taking care, giving me room on bottom floor, carrying things for me, ordering taxi's and their sushi take in (so recommended, on par with the best Sushi restaurants in the UK) and also translating and writing documents for my stay in the hospital and return on the plane. Marija, Jelena, Valeska and Teodora made all the difference in the world and should be the standard for all hotels, they trumped it all by ordering me the cheapest taxi transfer I could find and changing the car so I'd be comfortable on the journey back. My room was spacious, scrupulously clean and serviced every day, with a well stocked fridge including chocolate and great TV's with choice of stations.

I missed proximity to the sea, until I found the 3 minutes steps down to the best beach in the town. There is noise ingress from the main road so if you need ear plugs take them, only really noticable if you have doors and windows open and sea facing room. My main warning, not hotel related, don't be ill in the town as the local hospital, once one of the best military hospitals in the region, is dilapitdated, understaffed, has few facilities that's we'd expect, no internet and few working technologies, and most don't speak English. The expectation there is that guests and visitors bring the essentials including toilet paper and food, you've been warned, if you're in trouble make for Kotor an hour away.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - especially Ljliana, who worked at reception. The breakfast was delicious, and they have a nice pool on the rooftop. We didn't end up spending time on their private beach, but we walked by and it looked really nice (chairs and towels are provided).

The hotel is on a main street, so it can be a bit challenging to cross it to go down to old town.

Cleanness, spacious room and the building itself, welcoming and professional staff, facility and amenities offered, a lot of sunshine - great orientation, abundance in breakfast offering, parking which is crucial for the location and for the city!

There should be a simple process if you made a reservation with one credit card, while make a final payment wth another one.

Fantastic staff, so lovely and willing to assist. Very very clean, modern decoration and very comfortable room. Incredible shower and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool. Great breakfast.

The sea view suit was not a direct view, and our main view was an old neighborhood. It is located in not a tourist part of the town.

Super clean with a very good breakfast! But the best part was the pool with the view and the sauna. We went in the beginning of May, and we’re still able to swim a little under a hot sun, even though it’s isn’t heated.

The doors aren’t completely soundproof.

Good location, very nice rooms, fantastic rooftop with infinity pool, excellent breakfast, very supportive staff and easy parking. The hotel is a boutique hotel with few guests, which means that it is a very calm and relaxing environment.
