Everything was just perfect, rooms, cleanliness, the garden style, activities, food ...if only the day was more than 24h so you could do them all, never getting bored, Pools for all tastes, it's the kind of resort that you dream about. But the most important thing are the people (the personal), very kind, and taking care of, special thanks for all the staff and specially to Burhan, Jason, Tamsin, Efe, Alya, Sarah, Oscar, Holly, Osman, Fatma, reception desk, guest relations team, bellboy, security team, bartenders and cafés personnel, chefs and restaurant personnel, gardners...

Going back home

I don’t know where to start, everything was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the reception all the way till the moment we left. Everyone was smiling and welcoming, animation team was amazing, activities were great, food was extremely good and everyday there were new dishes, you won’t get bored and kids were happy and entertained all the time. We strongly recommend this hotel for families with toddlers, this was our best hotel stay so far in Turkey and maybe in the whole mediterranean coast. Special mention to the reception team who gave an amazing suite near the kids pool and also housekeeping lady for her great service.

A few setbacks but did not really affect our stay in a bad way: the rooms did not have an iron or an iron board, the shops and the barber at the hotel were so overpriced and there are no nearby options to shop outside. Last, and this one is more serious, we noticed the pasta was smelling bad twice meaning it was not freshly made the same day.

It’s incredibly cozy and refined. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is fantastic — it truly feels like everyone enjoys their job and genuinely wants to make your stay as great as possible. One of the things I loved most was the variety of activities available: water skiing, canoeing, catamaran rides, banana boats, windsurfing, and tennis! Special thanks to the tennis coach — his sessions were friendly, motivating, and a real highlight of the trip. I’d also like to thank the animation team. They were always respectful and never pushy, yet incredibly professional and great at energizing the crowd without being intrusive. A small but memorable detail: when it started raining, the staff handed out raincoats, and during the football screening, they gave out chips — such a thoughtful and human approach to hospitality. This hotel is truly amazing, and I really hope to come back soon!

The resort is fantastic, great staff (Yakup and Irema especially) , great food, amazing atmosphere. No hidden fees, the buffet is top quality, the a la carte is also very generous and you get 1 free dinner in 3 of the a la cartes. Will definitely come back again. The gardens are wonderful as well not to mention the coffee shop and bars.

Nothing to hate, but I would suggest having one deep pool. All the pools are around 1.40m, having one that is close to 2 meters would be a very good idea. But everything is perfect and I would recommend the visit. One of the best all inclusive resorts I've been to.

Kids pool was great

Beds were small for 2 adults, I got a room.on the top floor with my 2 year old toddler and being heavily pregnant although requesting on the lower levels. Didn't like that slides were closed during lunch time. The special restaurant served the same stuff as the buffet. In the main restaurant we're many flies and it was very hot. Juices are full of sugar and not real fruit juice. Everyone is reserving sunbeds early in the morning so tough to get one.

nice room, very clean and comfortable. Good mattress, but not very good pillows (we like the low). good territory, very beautiful, a lot of plants, turtles)) I easily managed to arrange the birthday surprise for my husband, it was wonderful!) thanks the team!

Not enough choice in the restaurant, uncomfortable system of presentation the dishes (waiting behind the glass when the staff will pay attention to you…) Bur there always was very good choice of salads and fruits. but staff was perfect! I’d recommend to expand the variety of kid’s menu, add simple chicken soup with pasta for the lunch, also just boiled vegetables like broccoli or something like this… dietary meatballs,… but thank you for the several kinds of porridge for the breakfast, appreciate a lot.

A perfect stay from start to finish! We had an amazing time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoroughly cleaned every day. It was such a pleasure to return to a spotless room after a full day of activities. The food was also excellent – varied, well-prepared, and there was something for everyone. The buffet was always fresh and plentiful, and the restaurant staff were kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights – a fun and tasty touch! And now the highlight of our stay: the animation team! They were absolutely fantastic – truly kind-hearted, energetic, funny, and so caring. They managed to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere from morning until night, with activities for all ages. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and that passion shines through. A huge thank you to ALYA DAKHLAOUI i the star of MyMo club and the entire animation team OSCAR, SARAH, HOLLY, JONA, CANSIN – you are the real stars of the hotel ⭐. Because of you, this vacation will remain an unforgettable memory! I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, or anyone looking for a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the hair salon service – the hairdresser didn’t seem to know how to style properly, and the result was far from what I expected.

The most thing I like is how they treat my son, who is gluten-allergic, from the 1st day the guest service team introduced me to the head of chifes Mr.Haluk who was preparing a gluten free food for my kid for every meal during our stay. he was making it by himself and bring it to our table. it was somthing amazing.

The well thought programs, innovative activities and entertainment, well trained staff, there is something for everyone

No enough diversity in nationalities and the sense that the people are trained and the place is oriented and focused on a specific nationality more than others

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was of good quality, and the facilities were well-maintained. The entertainment was excellent, with a great variety including theatre performances, kids' shows, interactive games, and activities like the trampoline — all of which kept the children engaged and happy mainly in the evening.

i would suggest offering more entertainment options for children during the day to enhance the family experience. Additionally, the response time for room service and housekeeping needs improvement, as it currently takes long. It would also be beneficial for the hotel to stock basic emergency medications such as paracetamol, even if only available for purchase, to better support guest needs in urgent situations.
