From the moment we entered we knew we had booked the right hotel. The staff was so welcoming & friendly. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Our room was the penthouse suite and was exceptional, with a very large terrace & balcony. I booked a spa treatment & the therapist Kate was the best I have experienced at any hotel spa. The spa facilities is beautiful with a very quiet indoor pool with spa beds to relax. The manager at this hotel always took the time to talk to us & recommend us things to do whilst we were on the island. You just don’t get personal care like this at larger hotels. We dined at the hotel restaurant and the food is amazing. Top marks to the chef and also to the waitress who served us each night. Also the breakfast is amazing. If we return to Malta we would 100% return to the Lure Hotel & spa again.

We really enjoyed out boutique hotel stay. The hotel staff were wonderful and the owner is passionate about making it a success and making sure guests are happy. The rooftop pool had gorgeous views and was very relaxing. The indoor pool and steam room were very relaxing. The rooms were super modern and comortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious. And the breakfast and drink options were all fantastic. Great experience, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hard to think of much that we didn't like.

Staff and food were wonderful

I always check the worst reviews. Yes, coming into the room when the A/C has been off and the doors closed has a musty smell, but that’s unavoidable if you have wonderful rain showers etc and 30s opening the window then closing and turning A/C on removed this. All other low grades just didn’t apply. Pools etc were spotlessly clean. Nothing to not like if you’re a couple looking for a 5 star service level in a boutique setting.

I had an exceptional experience from start to finish in Lure hotel😀The hotel itself is beautifully, room was spacious, impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay, however, was the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The front desk team was efficient and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff did an impeccable job, ensuring my room was spotless each day, and the restaurant staff provided top-notch service. This is such a wonderful hotel, garrett the owner and the team go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, from start to finish. The hotel is clean, modern and quaint on a lovely little quiet square with lots of breakfast choices which were delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, had robes and slippers for your comfort, tea and coffee and a mini bar at an extra cost. The pool areas are fantastic offering both indoor and outdoor pools and a steam room, also a spa for treatments by Ruth who was just lovely, we had a day down there with 3 treatments as it rained and was the perfect day. This hotel is truly lovely and we were made to feel very special, we had the best time, thank you

Amazing experience. We enjoyed our stay so much. Rooms were super clean and spacious. We had a complimentary drink and bottle as well in our room upon arrival. Staff were very welcoming. Great breakfast with beautiful view on the terrace. Very quiet. We went to the indoor heated swimming pool every day. Great location not far from the Cirkewwa terminal where the ferries to Gozo and Comino are. Would definitely recommend and we'll be coming back for sure. Thank you.

We loved absolutely everything about the Lure Hotel & Spa!! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with open arms and our stay was perfect! We had a beautiful room with everything we needed and so much more! The food was absolutely delicious and of a high quality. We had treatments at the spa and they were fabulous! The therapists were extremely knowledgeable. We were only a short walk from the beach and surrounded by various shops and restaurants.

It is in a historic building in a quaint square, it is a lovely part of town with various restaurants around. It has plenty of parking outside on the square. The hotel is modern inside, clean and stylish with a spa in the basement and a roof top pool. It is a small hotel which is very appealing. Breakfast included was excellent, one of the best breakfasts we have had as part of a hotel booking. The staff are professional and welcoming. The bed is huge and comfy, and the bedroom is kept clean throughout your stay. The spa treatments are great and would definitely recommend making use of it.

The hair drier wire must be faulty as it kept cutting out when held at certain angles. Not all the USB plugs seemed to work.

Staff are absolutely fabulous. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, genuinely. From a service perspective, it was 5*. It's also in a terrific location.

There was a musty smell that comes from the bathroom/shower area if the air-conditioning hasn't been on for a bit. It was sorted easily though and overall hotel is fabulous. We would definitely stay there again

Rooms whilst modern could be improved: Bath towel hooks near shower Night light actually in bathroom Toiletries very small and I couldn’t read the writing. I dont usually wear my glasses in the shower :-)
