Everything, it looked like it recently got renovated, everything was clean, the staff was awesome the first room the ac had an issue so they put us in another room, the pool was nice although only 4ft deep and wasn't heated it still was fun to go swimming and pick on my wife, there are restaurants all around it including a rally voice steak house right behind it, and the service awesome.

The only thing I had an issue with was the TV there was no guide, it wasn't a smart TV, and I couldn't put my roku on it, but luckily I had my laptop and could watch my content right next to my bed, the other tub and it's minor cause I carry one with me everywhere is there was no usb ports for charging my electrical items, but I carry a power strip with me and my phone charging port.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, weren't able to watch TV due to remote not working properly and was a bit confusing on channel guide. Breakfast was good had variety to choose from waffles, cereal/oatmeal, coffee/Juice, boiled eggs, and biscuits with gravy. Short distance from restaurants, gasoline stores, and Schlitterbahn waterpark. Overall, did get my money's worth and was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Only thing I was not satisfied with was swimming pool was very dirty.

My stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites New Braunfels, TX, was nothing short of excellent! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, always friendly and attentive. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. I truly appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Braunfels.

I arrived a little late, but the check-in process was very smooth and quiet. The front desk staff was excellent and friendly. They assigned me a room on the third floor, which was very clean and cool. The beds were comfortable, nice, and clean. Although I didn’t have time to eat breakfast, I noticed the setup looked good, including waffles. The checkout was also very quick. I would definitely come back there. It is a very nice and clean property.

Very easy to locate. Good food (except very little protein!! Only eggs were hardboiled), iron and board and nice hair dryer. WONDERFUL LIGHTING!!! in room and bathroom.

2 dead roaches in the bathroom!! When we went down to front desk to ask them to p/up Large Roaches and to please spray with bug poison they came and used Febreze room deodorizer. B/c staff spoke almost NO ENGLISH!!! I was able to get fresh towels from a wonderful Latina woman bc I speak some Spanish!!! No soap! No window curtain liner so could not get outside light! We were on the ground floor so people could see in! Staff quite unfriendly and not @ all empathetic to our needs or complaints with exception of the one older (hospitality) woman who was nearly always there cleaning lobby and entrance including sweeping outside!!!<&&

All of the staff were great, such a big help. Very nice, comfortable and quiet. Very easy to get to, close to every type of shopping areas. The breakfast area was very handy and good selections there, loved the hot coffee and juices, especially. We will definitely book here again!

Everything was provided that we needed. Can't think of anything we didn't like. Housekeeping was really very exceptional.

Great location close to everything, friendly staff. When we got there the TV was broke they immediately changed it out which I thought was really nice. It's a family run business.

The rooms are a little small and the air conditioner didn't get the room as cold as we normally like it but it might be fine for some.

Well organized and a great value. The breakfast was superior for this level of hotel, comparable to 3 or 4 star. The TV programming was excellent with very good selection of premium channels. The bed, linens and pillow were first rate. Bathroom was clean and well designed. Only issue was the appearance of some type of cockroach, which friends there tell me that's not unusual for that part of texas.

A good way to enjoy a stay is to start with a delicious breakfast, such as biscuits and gravy. The room and lobby should be clean and pleasant, and parking should be convenient and secure. Additionally, having friendly and kind staff can greatly enhance the experience. Overall, it’s highly recommended.

Breakfast was decent. Location’s perfect accessing the freeway and proximity to shops and restaurants.

The bathroom had a slightly lopsided sink and a drain right in middle that is not flush with the floor so one has to be extra careful walking around the bathroom. Hopefully they fix this.
