The location was good. Easy on and off the expressway. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

We asked for a handicap room. We were given what they had which I would consider semi handicapped as the shower was a tub that you stepped over to get in. There was a shower seat which was helpful.

The Room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, kind, and professional.

The stay was booked using "Booking.com" and the method of payment that the website used was invalid. This caused confusion at check in and I was told that there was a possibility that if we tried to correct the issue we may get charged again doubling the expense of the stay for one night. We were told that this property has encountered the same issue when checking in guests that have booked stays using the "Booking.com" website.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We were allowed to check-in early, which was very nice. Bed was comfortable and shower had nice presure. Our one-night stay was everything we expected and more.

No complaints. We'd be happy to return if our travels bring us this way in the future.

The microwave was out of order and the pastries were a little stale. They could have been so much better heated in the microwave for a few seconds. Also there was no drinking water available for those did not want coffee or juice.

Location and price.

Reservation system went down. Not specific property issue but corporate problem. Check in was a nightmare for numerous people. I felt sorry for the staff but they were extremely nice and apologetic.

Booking.com did NOT tell the hotel about my booking, creating a checkin delay. The same thing happened tonight with my booking.com Comfort Inn reservation in Columbia Mo. I WILL NOT USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. Ifmy next booking has this problem!! Very sloppy work, booking.com….

Hotel was fine. Booking.com was and is my problem. See above!!! Unhappy with YOU !!

Water was not sleeping through the bath tub. Post my complaint, problem was resolved

The layout of the room was great. We loved the shower area. I slept very well and could tell pets had not really been there. Please continue to keep pets out of all your rooms. I understand designating some rooms for pets or smokers, but a lot of people have allergies to both.

The fan in the bathroom ran constantly. I understand why it might be necessary, but it would have been better if there was some kind of a dimmer switch to really turn it up when needed and down at night.

Good location for food, gas, easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff at desk.

Lot of dust on things like around night stand, base of lamps and shower door not the cleanest at bottom. Had to have room transfer from our first room due to certains not able to close. Could not get wifi to work.

The location is perfect. Just outside Knoxville and not that far from Chattanooga.

This was my third stay and the room was a bit musty, unlike my previous two stays. Looked as though there was perhaps some water damage from the floor above us which would explain the off odor.
