Lovely rooms with an amazing view of the farm and the horses and in our case a sea view too. This could be named horse manor! Breakfast was amazing, definitely one of the best we have ever had!

Lovely comfortable room with super king bed and balcony overlooking open fields and horse paddocks. Lots of choice for breakfast and cooked fresh to order.

A wonderful stay, exceptionally clean and comfortable, our hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful and provided a superb breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The views from the balcony were beautiful and loved seeing the horses.

We received a warm welcome from our host Marion despite our later than expected arrival. We were then shown to our lovely warm clean, bright, room (No1) with en-suite & a great shower. In the morning we were treated to fabulous views of horses training in the menage and fields to the sea beyond, before a delicious breakfast served by our lovley hosts Marion & Ian. We had a fabulous break in beautiful Northumbria with local knowledge imparted from our hosts. I would highly recommend Springwood. PS E.V. owners can recharge Via the 3 chargers in Seahouses main car park. The fast charger is located just around the corner to the Right of the the most visible pair.

We stayed at this property for the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Room was beautiful with balcony overlooking the see and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast cooked fresh each morning as per our order night before, was delicious. Great location as well. We parked our car at the property and not used it at all until we checked out. The property is walking distance from the town, the beach and all local attractions.I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Located in North Sunderland, just outside Seahouses, it's a lovely 15 - 20 minute walk to the harbour. Breakfast is lovely with a choice of options to pre-order the evening before. Ian was very chatty and always ensured everything was good for you. The room was beautiful with a little balcony overlooking the stables.

The only negative I can comment on are the limited check in times between 4-6pm. Which I didn't realise until after I'd booked. I did inform the owners that it would be 7pm before our arrival and this was accepted. Although due to Bank Holiday traffic, we were further delayed.

Ian and Marion the owners were lovely . Everything was clean and well decorated.breakfast was gorgeous. B&b within easy walking distance to the town centre and only a short drive to other attractions. Amazing beaches and scenery.Will be back 👍🏻

We had a fabulous two night stay at Springwood. Marion and Ian made us feel very welcome. Our room was light and the decor was perfect. We had two great nights sleep in the comfortable king size bed. Although only 15 minutes walk into Seahouses we were far enough away to feel like we were in the countryside and we could also see over to the sea. It was idyllic.

Peaceful and quiet, with the added bonus of seeing the horses from the stables in the fields. The room and bathroom were exceptional.

It was all excellent.
