Great location right next to the beach and all the restaurants. On the beach snorkeling with really big turtles which are literraly always there. Accomodation itself is perfect. Place is full of trees of all kinds so there is always some shade when around dominant 25m long swiming pool. Rooms with AC and comfortable beds far away from road so nights are quiet. Recomend to book with breakfast which is very nice and rich. All the staff and the owner very friendly and always helpfull. We wanted to stay one night,but extended for three. You cannot go wrong with staying here!

The little houses where you stay are set in beautiful gardens around a long pool. There are comfy loungers and lots of shade. The rooms vary in size. Ours was dark but comfortable enough. The outdoor shower always had hot water. Breakfasts were ample, and they were happy to accommodate dietary changes to their menu. The staff were friendly. There is a good mosquito net in the room. There are so many restaurants in the area that we never used the in-house restaurant, but it serves snacks if you need them. A short walk to the turtle beach makes it a perfect spot to swim with turtles.

Our room had a very old, noisy air-con unit…time for an upgrade! As there are lots of mosquitos in the garden and the windows have no netting, you can’t leave them open making air-con a necessity.

Hotel was great value for money, big bedroom and outdoor bathroom and a large private garden. Loved the swimming pool which was clean and great for lengths. Staff all really nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location of hotel lovely in a big garden across a small road from the sea where you can swim with turtles.

Knew there’d be a mosquito problem from previous reviews and so we brought plug ins and coils and wore lots of insect repellent…still got a few bites though but not too bad. Tuk tuk drivers hanging around entrance to hotel, all seemed very friendly but realised after a day that they were overcharging so be sure to negotiate a better price or just use local buses. We used buses several times to get to Mirissa and Waligama which cost 100 rupees only.

We loved the location, just in front of a small beach with turtles, very close to all sort of restaurants and beach bars. It was great to be able to reach Welligama for surf class easily while not be being in an overly crowded area. The resort itself was calm with a very beautiful and clean pool. The breakfast area in terrace was also very nice. The staff were very helpful, they answered fast to our request. They provided a delicious birthday cake for my daughter.

The rooms are a bit stuffy and charmless. On arrival one of the 2 rooms we booked had a issue with AC and shower drain. it was quickly fixed but it would have been better to notice before our arrival. There was no room cleaning during our stay (3nights) but maybe we should have requested it. Overall the resort seems a bit run down (room, furniture, table ect.) which is a shame because the place has so much potential to be charming.

The hotel is so beatiful. Lots of nature arround and the beach is just over the street. Iti s quiet to sleep. Staff is very friendly, the manager arrange the pick up from airport what was supper helpful. The pool is great. Breakfast is the same everywhere in Sri Lanka, Fruits and omlet+white breat +jam. It's okey.

The coffee can be better, but this i dont know maybe it is normal in this region. not complaining. Maybe chees or something extra for the bread. The rooms: I don’t understand why there are no hooks in the rooms. There could also be more chairs/bedside tables to put stuff. There’s no place to put your luggage except on the floor. If you go to the bathroom, there’s no place to hang clothes or towels (this seems to be a common issue in many hotels for some reason). However, there were several hangers available for drying clothes.

My partner and I enjoyed 2 weeks at Turtle Eco Park as part of a 3 week trip to Sri Lanka. Looking for rest and renewal we were drawn to the location of this property as well as the very convenient pool! The location honestly is absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach and views of turtles and whales, and so many great restaurants within walking distance. On arrival the helpful staff instantly helped us rent an affordable scooter to get around, and were always on hand to give advice, recommendations and just a friendly smile. We loved the gardens, pool and great sized rooms. We honestly enjoyed the best holiday at Turtle Eco Beach and will definitely return.

Turtle: Right in front of the hotel is a spot where you can swim with turtle... (Funny enough they are not shy and swim to you) Location: You are right ocean front and meters aways from night beach restaurants Staff: Including owner were super helpfull and welcoming Pool: The 25 x meters pool was quite a suprise... also a blessing to find it cristal clear (Which is not the case in other hotel we went during out trip) The wooden bungalow: were very charming and authentic,... with all the modern confort (Nice to have a good working AC after a day visiting. The food option: are limited, but good quality, normaly priced and available.

Quite frankly nothing. i didn't like.. this places tick all the boxes...

The staff was exceptional! We stayed in several hotels in Sri lanka and we were always very well received, but this was definitely the kindest and most generous staff we met. On the last day, we had our flight in the evening and, not only they allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day by the pool, as they also provided us an empty room to shower before our flight and offered us a bottle of water for the trip to the airport- small gestures that make a difference. The space in general is really cozy and pleasant; you can see turtles swimming by the cost on the beach right in front if the resort.

Loved the overall atmosphere of the place. My room was simple, but the bed was comfortable, the outdoor shower felt like a little treat (bonus: with hot water!), and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and i very much enjoyed my stay here. Right across the place you have the beach, restaurants, lots of options for tuktuks and most important: a spot to swim with turtles!!

The food at the restaurant is quite basic, but the breakfast is delicious! But the food from the restaurant during lunch or for a snack could be better. This is fair; it's a good option if you need some food, but otherwise, there are many other great options around. Ow, and the black leather sun bed covers are scorching when they've been in the sun for a bit; watch out! 2 towels were not enough to keep it from burning my skin. Maybe some new ones in a light color would be a good option (:

The location is wonderful, we even swam with turtles just in front of the Hotel. The room were very clean and has everything we need refrigerator, mosquitoes net, air condition, safety box but the best part is that had a small individual terrace allowing you to enjoy the evening or the large pool. During my stay, The staff were great in assisting us with everything that we need. The continental breakfast is original and tasty. The restaurant/brunch is also very fine with attentive service. I really recommend that hotel!!!!
