The staff was friendly. They are working on upgrading several things on the property. You can see spots where the weather has taken its toll. So there was some construction going on. But they were very accommodating so as to not disrupt. The pool was inviting. It was an easy walk to snorkeling and other beach activities. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

It would be nice to have a foot bath or the like to rinse off sand before going into the rooms. It is too easy at the beach to be covered in sand.

it was excellent, actually after reading the reviews i didn't expect it to be this good. one of the best places we stayed ar that price point. amazing pool with nice comfy and spacious rooms. Even bathrooms were really great.

Can improve in the staff and hospitality side. as they were not properly dressed or well maintained at was minding their own business ( not the first person u need to see when you go in ass it will second guess your choice)

The location of the hotel is great. Close to a nice beach and yet a very quiet place. The hotel owners were very nice, they checked every morning to see if we had everything and if we needed anything. The hotel staff were also very nice.

Kaminrich hotel is one of the best hotel in Polhena. Reasonable prices. Honestly I am so happy we found this place.. not only that but also they gave us an early check in. helped very nice, friendly staff. We felt special from the beginning to the end.. Spacious garden with a pool. Surely can make you feel like you home. The room was very spacious super clean. As well the pool too. They have a parking area. Thank you Kaminrich hotel for making our stay comfortable. Hope to visit you again.❤

The towels were tiny and really scratchy. There was a diving lesson in the pool so I wasn't able.to use it

the place is so aesthetically pleasing.., reasonable price. perfect for couple , family or solo trip. the pool view with the green surrounding and an airy balcony is perfect to chill and relax and spacious enough to set the table outside and eat out. the staff were welcoming, helpful and were friendly. bowls and electric kettle were provided when requested.

it would have been better if the basic toiletries Atleast a soap was available, and few glasses (but they provided when requested) I would like it if they provide a cooking facility separately like a pantry ( can be charged separately) for people who like to cook their own dishes sometimes as a therapeutic activity and eat inside.

This is an absolute gem. Clean, very cheap, friendly and well maintained. We had a large room with a wrap around balcony with pool, garden and sea views. The owners went above and beyond. Wifi was excellent.

It was a good place. Really nice and calm. Also a beautiful place. Pool is okay but they told us not to jump. Room is also comfy. And have enough space for 4 person since it's a family room.

Staff is not good at all. They didn't care about the service. Didn't pick up old food plates and cups even after the next day evening until we ask them to collect them.

Nice pool, spacious rooms, clean. Only WiFi needs improvement.
