I liked the location. The security was great and we felt very safe. The indoor pool facility was very nice along with the sauna. The pool table was also enjoyed.

I did not like that our room was 3 stories up and only accessible by stairs. I do not feel like this was properly stated while booking. We had 2 older family members with us and this was an issue for them. Also, the jacuzzi tub in the master did not work and no answer from maintenance or a call back about the issue. Batteries were dead in tv remote and never got a call back from maintenance about that either and bought our own batteries to fix the issue.

At least my third time staying in this property. The location is perfect. Beach is within easy walking distance. Shopping and dining are an easy drive. Plenty of amenities. Pools, saunas, basketball, tennis, etc. Unit was clean and bed comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Some units have been updated. But they seem to be done bit by bit. This particular unit had a few updates- vanities, shower, toilets, light fixtures. But everything else, while clean, was super dated! Wall to Wall maroon carpet? Come on! The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are awkward and way beyond their usefulness. This was a one bedroom unit. It could easily be 2 or more if the jacuzzi tub was removed, and better use made of the available space. Could use more dumpsters more evenly spaced out. Bit all in all, a good stay at a great price!

We had a very nice and spacious one bedroom apartment. The unit was up to date, clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. The resort was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to walk or drive up to the beach. The complex was close to dining and shopping.

Our coffeemaker only made a partial pot of coffee at a time, even though it was filled with water. Ice maker did not work, but there were ice cube trays in the freezer.

So this place is absolutely wonderful I just could not believe the club house with the pool ,Hot tub,sauna,Game rooms pool table ,ping pong,Fitness center was great ,Our condo was so nice so big and they provided everything .We really had an easy check and out the place is exactly what you need we hope to come back in the summer use the beach but was nice to have place to our selfs with some others who were friendly

Nothing it’s like a paradise compared to Jersey

The location is fabulous, walkable distance to the Duck town boardwalk. Access to the ocean is great. There is parking at the beach access for those staying in units further back from the beach. Bed and sofa was extremely comfortable. Between the microwave and the hot plate, we were able to eat most of our meals in the unit. The units were fairly soundproof.

There are definitely different levels of maintenance/ upkeep in the many sections of the resort. Our unit had a great bed and sofa, but most everything else could use a good refresh. Be aware of the stairs - no elevators.

Mostly the location and access to the beach

I booked 3 apartments and when we arrived we were told we had 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms. This caused some minor issues that we shouldn’t have had. And was told the price for 1 apartment was the same as 3 apartments. So we won’t stay there again

The Wi-Fi and internet for TV and devices could have been better for those rainy days. And, had one day the pool closed due to rain, but we called and asked about 10 times to open up be cause it was not lightning out and it was out last day. They finally came and opened it up. The two people that helped the most and most friendly were the older maintenance fella and the lady that has been there for 3 years and was a social worker before. They need a raise. Working 10 peoples job I think!

The amenities of the resort were excellent.

The reservation said oceanfront but our building was half a mile from the ocean. Also, there was no balcony for our apartment. We also had no cable, only movie channels, most of which required our sign in or payment.

Beautiful, clean resort.

The snack shack was never open. The daily price of the chairs/umbrella rented had DOUBLED since our stay in 2019. A staff member walked into our unit without knocking on check out day as we we finishing last minute duties(dish washing by hand). It was only 5 min. after 10.) She should have knocked. We could have been undressed.

Very large amount of space. I loved the deck off the upstairs bathroom. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Facility has a gorgeous pool but I didn't have a chance to use it. Nice deck that leads right to the beach.

Stove had a light on that said a burner was on but no burner was on. That was annoying.
