Breakfast and the room met our expectations. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and responded well to questions. The kitchen made every attempt to keep up with the number of people coming in for food. Overall, this was a very good stay, and if ever in the area again, I will likely stay at the exact location.

Honestly, I don't have anything I didn't like while staying there. The pancake machine kept breaking on the first morning, but then it was incredibly popular on the second morning, so still no complaints.

The pool was very nice, they had very good seating options including outdoor seating right off the hotel for breakfast, or just lounging and playing cards. The gazebo next to the pool had plenty of tables and seats along with two gas grills available for any visitor to use. The pool was always clean and the hotel provided extra towels by the pool for people to use. The staff was wonderful, and the cleaning service was awesome! The trail to the beach was very convenient and not a bad walk at all.

Nothing I can complain about I would definitely book at this location again!

I've worked 23 years in five star hotels and for me personally all I want when I arrive for check-in is a smiling face, great attitude and ability to answer the standard questions. Whether it's a Ritz or a Holiday Inn Express it comes down to the guest service and there shouldn't be any drop off. This was a very pleasant experience and my wife and I appreciate the quickness of the check in, the key working the first time..lol...and fast check out. Room was very clean which obviously is a very close second to guest service.

The only teeny tiny thing I could make a suggestion on is the room seemed a little musty when we arrived. Most of the time it's simply because dehumidifying is tough for every room and usually hinges on the weather. My suggestion would be to set the AC/Heat temp to 70. Usually if the AC is set too cold it puts a little more moisture in the room air.

Excellent breakfast! The front desk and housekeeping staff was great...especially Lidia! The rooms were clean and the place was well kept.

Our stay was good, just a few minor things. The window shade/curtain was broken the whole time we were there. Someone did try to fix it but couldn't. We were told the motor in it was messed up and was on order. The safe would not work either (Room # 136). It's about a 150 yards to walk to the beach and you have to cross route 12, (the Beach Road), but it's not s bad walk.

We stayed there last week and it was wonderful. I had requested a handicap room on booking.com and they didn't get the request at the front desk, the hotel made it right for us in the end. The rooms were immaculate and the pool was easy to get into on the handicap assist chair. Breakfast was a hit too. I am going to miss it when I go home.

Booking.com screwed up our reservation? Instead of a Double Room with Two Double Beds and Communications Mobility Accessible Tub we were assigned to a standard room. We were put into a King Room with Communications and Mobility Accessible Tub. (I took my own bath bench.)

The staff was polite and rooms were clean

Didn't like that they made us switch rooms bc older people complained bc I had a 2year old being loud on vacation

Loved the room! plenty of outlets, Frig,Microwave were appreciated. The sink is brilliantly situated outside the bathroom, making it easy to do hair & make up without getting steamed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Plenty of tables inside & out. Walked to the uncrowded beach daily. The staff were lovely. I could go on and on!!

I enjoyed the hot breakfast. The room was comfortable. It was hot weather and the air conditioning worked very well. It was a very short walk to the beach. I could easily walk over to the beach to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises. Very close to restaurants and entertainment.

Elevator was out of order one morning. This was hard for my mom who is in her 80's. It was quickly repaired. But there is only 1 elevator.

Much more comfortable bed than I usually experience in hotels. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was very nice and well stocked. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a very long time.

I would prefer the sink was in the bathroom. Rather odd to be out in the living area.

People coming in late and were loud and doors closing loudly. Sounds outside the room wasn’t very good. We did book an extra night while we were there, however we didn’t get room service on the extra day. Not sure why?
