The location was amazing, the stuff was friendly and helpful and everyone made our stay great

The place was not extremely clean and you have to request for cleaning and housekeeping services

Location was exceptional by being on the waterfront of downtown Manteo. Enjoyed the upstairs shared deck to chill and relax. Within walking distance of small shops, restaurants, Festival Park and Lighthouse. Property included continental breakfast, and featured a restaurant within the property for dinner (however, we did not have opportunity to eat there). The room was clean, bed comfortable and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. This location was within 3.5 miles of “The Lost Colony” outdoor play, and a short drive from Kitty Hawk/OBX.

Had Keurig 1-cup coffee machine in room, but no pods/cups available

We absolutely loved the location, view and overall cozy nature of the home. The rooms were spacious with vaulted ceilings. We were on the first floor, with a breezeway that connected to the parking lot and the water - perfect location. We also loved the key less entry made arrival and checkout extremely efficient and pain free. They had a simple, but delicious continental breakfast, complimentary bottled water during the day and afternoon wine/cheese. We enjoyed an appetizer from the onsite restaurant, delicious!

The only down side: we were on the first floor and heard every move from the floor above and when they ran water we heard a loud draining/clicking/knocking sound in our room. We would definitely stay here again, but on the highest floor.

The breakfast was good. Also appreciated the wine and cheese from 3-4. The bed was good. Loved the setting and liked to be able to walk around the waterfront.

No fridge. Some plugs in room 28 didn't work. When we would flush the toilet we were never sure it would flush properly. Maybe upgrade to a high efficiency/low water unit. Would be nice to have soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.

Inn was beautiful with great harbor setting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner on premise was delicious.

Breakfast was below average. Fresh fruit would help. The baked items were not appealing. Dry and processed muffins.

I loved that the rooms had hardwood floors, the room was very clean and spacious. It was really convenient having an easily accessible ice machine. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the afternoon, and the views!!!

The shower did not drain especially well. Also, the toilet paper holder did not hold the roll in place well. Other than that, no complaints!

Staff was friendly, facilities clean and great access to town. Wine hour charming and breakfest buffett was perferct. Interior design was comforting and loved the outdoor deck overlooking the water.

Too many stairs to the outer suites.

Great location to less populous beaches and area. Attentive staff and warm reception. I would stay again.

The location on the waterfront in the historic town was wonderful. Awesome views of the marina and walking distance to the quaint shops and eateries nearby.

The continental breakfast was bare minimum. The only carbs were mini muffins and granola that was prepackaged in with yogurt and fruit. There were no other options for people with dietary restrictions. It would have been nice to have the option of plain bread or bagels.
