I liked that the hotel was oceanfront, which was my request. I appreciate it the continental breakfast each morning.

It was really clear when I looked at the bathroom when I checked in that the toilet and shower still needed to be cleaned. I’m not sure if they just didn’t clean it at all or if they were rushing and overlooked some things, but I had to clean them myself when I checked in. One day that I was there, I was sitting on the balcony and I heard housekeeping come in and when I went back into the room after they left, they had emptied the trash and restocked the towels, but they hadn’t made my bed which I didn’t understand.

Beds were comfortable.

I felt like the price was too high for the type of hotel, was very old. The price reflected no competition. The view of the ocean was very minimal to non-existent on the second floor. We were asked which floor and we should have been told The View would be better higher up.

The Breakfast was good. Wish there was bacon added to the choices. Staff Was good. AC went out when we was gone and came back to it broke. Maintenance and I was done with a swap fast. Great guy to have around was polite during the time of frustration and staff handled it well. From front desk to room service. Thank You

IMO Pool cold have been a little cleaner water. But as noticed people do have a heavy part in not being cleanly or respectful of thier own trash...Such as band aid in pool.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was more than we expected. Room was clean and the hall was quiet most of the time. Once in a while you would hear children running at night. That was ok. We had 3 of our own and 6 grands. Life is good.

I wanted to pay at the property but shortly after I booked this months ago I had to put a deposit down for each room. The hotel contacted me directly to ask for this. I brought this to the attention of Booking.com to which they didn’t resolve the issue and I end up having to pay a deposit.. While it the trip worked out in the end , this may be the last time I use Booking.com. So far I’ve been able to get the good service out of Orbitz.

The location and availability to staff

When making the reservation I wanted a king room with an ocean view. But they're was miss understanding and had to settle for a double queen instead. Was not very happy about that.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good, we like hot eggs & toast,,choices for drinks. Cereal & other options also good. Liked pancakes better than waffles & definitely cleaner. Meal staff was very noce & helpful. The lobby is weird with 2 desks and no seating or comfortable area to wait. Very bare. Staff was hit or miss, sometimes friendly sometimes ignored us.

A guy in the back came out, manager maybe, not friendly at all. Talked to staff but seemed to be not bothered at all with guests/didn’t want to be in lobby at all. Seating in lobby would be nice. Maybe a water cooler/jug of ice water with cups.it’s just not that welcoming.

Wonderful stay. The check in process was quick and easy. The 3 different staff we saw at the front desk during our stay were all pleasant, courteous and helpful. The request we asked for when booking was granted (room on the top floor). And the room was spotless, so clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had such a sound night's sleep. It was quiet, we heard no noise from the other guests. The breakfast was very nice with lots of great options and the staff that ran the breakfast were also courteous and helpful. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!

The room was comfortable and the view was very good. The staff members were wonderful and quick to react to any concerns, despite the 100% occupancy of the property. The breakfast was as good as it gets.

Room cleanliness not as thorough as expected, with many instances of areas that were overlooked.

Location was perfect. Hotel had everything we needed. Cleanest Hotel we've ever stayed at. Extremely quiet considering all the children staying there. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Patrick the Hotel Manager was extremely friendly as were MOST of the front desk workers.

There was only 1 Front Dest Woman who is not very Friendly during 4pm sharp check in. Needs to work on her custom service skills. Customer Service 101. Good morning. Good afternoon. Have a great day. If you need anything just let us know. Instead she was a sour puss.
