The first thing I noticed was the perfectly clean yard/ parking area. 10/10 The room was very well cleaned not even a gritty sandy floor. The bed was fresh and clean / very comfortable 10/10

My only concern was if I left the room and forgot my phone I then would possibly forget my key code(saved in my phone) to get back in the room I was also alone on my vacation and nobody else was staying during my visit . No one is available at the location if there’s a problem you have to call their number. Store your key code number somewhere somehow just incase

Arrived a little later than expected, wasn't sure how to check in Staff were professional and assisted me with courtesy and kindness and got me in the right direction to get into our room. (Even though they had to of been done for the day and were leaving the facility)

The only complaint would be dumpster being picked up prior to 5am but with the horrible traffic I can understand why it needed to be done as early as possible.

We liked the layout of the home. Our 14 year old had his own bedroom. We didn't like that there wasn't a swimming area, considering the fact that we chose a hotel based on that. It was clean. Ran out of toilet paper and never found the remote for one of the bedroom TV's. Checking in without staff was not pleasing. I also had to help a couple of ladies from Italy, check in . It is unnecessarily complicated and confusing. This is something that should be shared with the guest immediately after booking. A couple throw rugs would be nice. It's not like there's sand around the home. The refrigerator took all night to get a drink cold. Overall, okay. Got more of an efficiency apartment vibe than a waterfront/beach vacation rental.

There was a group of gentlemen below us drinking,cussing and peeing where I could see them. I understand that you didn't know, but thought you should be aware. I'm just glad it was myself and my husband and not the grandchildren.

No staff available for room concerns “Ie” WiFi link showed not secure. Remote control batteries. Better more secure in room door lock. A 2 burner cook top would make a longer stay more comfortable. Had a 9 year old. A couch would have been more comfortable. Check out details should be given before booking

Loved the space in room. Had plenty of closet space would be nice for a long stay

Jets didn't work in the bathtub. I had to tape around the windows in one of the rooms because they would not close and had cold air blasting through.

The location was really nice, the back of the property has a nice dock which makes a great fishing spot, relatively clean.

The sink didnt drain properly, the shower head wasnt ideal, bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs, stains on the sheets, and not enough parking spots.

Excellent location. Great value for the money. The small fishing pier was a lot of fun.

While the room was certainly acceptable, it could’ve been a little cleaner.

The location, and price. The beds were comfy.

It could use better lighting in the kitchen area, the refrigerator could be a bit bigger with a freezer, and I think there should be luggage rack in each room. The pull out sofa could use something under the cushions so that they don't sink into the couch. Instructions on how to operate the tv's.

No are staff onsite and communication is through text. I asked if we could get extra pillows due to the ones we had being very flat. Was told we would get them 3 times, they even asked how many and we never received them. There is no communication before 9 am and after 5pm if there are issues.
