I love the location. I love the condo. Very up-to-date.

I didn’t like that they would not let me have a beach view condo unless I paid significantly more per night. Didn’t make sense to let those places go unused instead of allowing me to switch places for the time I was there. The beach views were mainly empty the entire time. Also, the elevator was broken the entire time on the unit I was staying at. Another reason for allowing people to stay on the beach side. That elevator was working the entire time.

We were impressed with everything this property had to offer. The convenience of getting to the pool, hot tub, beach, and even a restroom was great! Our 2 bedroom apartment was super clean, SPACIOUS, and up to date. The beach club staff keeps the property cleaned and secure and it was so nice that they offered activities to do each day. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at the beach club. It is also close to restaurants, shopping, and ICE CREAM!

It would've been nice if both bedrooms had a TV, not just the master and livingroom. Also the TV in our master bedroom was extremely glitchy at night making it basically impossible to watch anything.

This property is in an amazing location and all of the well known restaurants are 1 to 3 minutes away. We had an issue with the railing outside of our apartment, which is more of a safety concern for the hotel. We brought it to their attention and they addressed it immediately, which was very very nice to see. The beach access is literally 10 feet from the parking lot and a beach there was perfect. The property has indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor one is heated. Can’t say enough good things about the property and employees.

All was good. No complaints.

Proximity to the beach, location where supermarket is nearby and restaurants in walking distance. All the amenities especially the grill, the cleanliness and spaciousness of each unit. Everything you need in the kitchen was all in there.

The office is located across the street. When you check in and didn’t know about the area, you get lost. There was no photo of the entire location when booking a room, only the units closer to the beach, which was a little misleading.

Like the spaciousness of the unit with full kitchen. Liked the private beach access. We also enjoyed being minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, it was a nice place to come and relax during "off season."

Did not like that there were no oceanfront units available during our 7 night stay, but there were oceanfront units that remained unoccupied?? I know there were empty oceanfront units because I obsessed about it and made daily walks past the prized oceanfront rooms. Couldn't help but wonder if this was the case because we booked our stay through Booking.com versus going directly to the property.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom street view apartment. The layout was very nice and worked great for us. The proximity to the water was great. Even with a street view we could still see the ocean.

When we checked into our apartment, the housekeeping staff hadn't finished. Thinking they meant to come back and forgot. The master bed was striped, and all the pillows, comforter on the floor, but no sheets on bed. Also, we did not have all the items that were supposed to be in our "starter pack" for garbage bags & dishwasher pods, so we had to track down housekeeping. The tennis courts were closed for resurfacing, but no work was done while we were there. They still looked usable, so it would have been nice to be able to use them until they actually were going to do work.

I made a mistake when I booked our rental and thought I had reserved oceanfront and discovered I had not. I called OBBC to see if I could change it and unfortunately, they did not have any oceanfront available. The girl I spoke with searched our reservation and found a room with a better view, but in the same price range. When we arrived, it was perfect! We could see and hear the ocean from our living room.

This was my first visit to OBX. I am SO glad I chose this place! The location itself is incredible, but the suites were perfect. I felt like I was living in my own apartment! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you’d need to make a meal—there was even a dishwasher for cleanup! Extra linens and towels were provided in the closet. The best parts were waking up early and going to the beach to watch the sun rise, and being able to hear the ocean waves crashing onto the shore at bedtime. Beautiful location, and the resort had many amenities available for use (outdoor grills, outdoor showers, pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and more). I will definitely be coming here again!

Location is one block from the beach. There are 2 building blocks - one on the beachfront. I requested closer, but was told this was $250 more. Otherwise, our block was only one block from the beach. Road is a little busy so watch the young kids. 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and well equipped. The unit block has a checkin lounge with games, books, dvds, popcorn which the kids loved. There are also daily activities. Some people are permanent owners and all were lovely and welcoming.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff! I felt very safe day & night, & the location is great to restaurants, shopping, & activities of all kinds.

Know inflation has had a snowball effect, as you need to pay staff, maintain the facilities, water, electricity, etc, but it was a bit pricey for me. I am an owner who comes every year for week 16, & was excited to come in September. I'm hoping the maintenance fees don't climb out of my reach.
