Staff is nice. Have a pleasant breakfast. Pet friendly but can't smell any animals.. because they are clean. 2 pools. a nice heated one and a out door pool (across the street) that with your room keys and a code opens to the beach. Staff helped us find restaurants and very nice. would go their again. Liked La Fogota restauraunt Had good margaritas and good spanish food. Staff very nice. The street they are located on has the same address for the north part of street and the South part of Street Be sure to ENTER SOUTH on GPS. Hotel is near 8th street. Have fun!

For me Everything was great.

Great location and easy access to the beach.

Front patio could use some extra care. More room for breakfast trays and more food available all together, it can be challenging to get any food at breakfast especially when the hotel is at capacity. Rooms might need some tough ups, excessive wear and tear on walls.

Location was great, staff was nice, breakfast was good.

Pool area should be cleaned more often (hair on the floor, very very wet and slick floors.) Breakfast also closed up early one morning during our stay, like 15/20 mins before breakfast was over they were closing stations.

The location was great, room was nice, a mini efficiency with ocean view and let friendly. Breakfast was so so, but everything you could want: Eggs or mini egg omelette every day with sausage every day. Choice of bagel, muffin or bread, yogurt, pre-packaged chocolate muffins and apples or bananas with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Outdoor Pool is located across the street.

The pool was closed for maintenance a couple times.

Excellent location across from the beach. Their pool and decks were right on the beach. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast should have ended at 10 AM rather than 9 AM. Housekeeping was only available every other day. However it was not done as scheduled until I asked for it. Management needs to be more attentive to their maid staff. Also, noticed rust in the pool area on doors and other objects and a few other areas which require painting. We were also surprised y the number of dogs at the hotel. Is was not that way two years ago during our last stay.

Dog friendly, our room had king bed with pull out sofa, large closet for storage of bags and fully equipped kitchen. Great location across street from beach and several restaurants nearby, Miller’s Seafood & Steakhouse & Sal’s New York Pizza were delicious! Staff was very friendly and hot buffet breakfast was above average.

We were a little confused finding the lobby to check-in when we first arrived. You enter the hotel on the ground floor and must go to the 1st floor to check in.

Honestly, I really enjoyed everything! Proximity to the beach and restaurants, The hotel was amazing, My room was 100% tidy, And you can’t beat the staff there. They graded me every time I saw them, Helped with request I had, and really made me feel like I was at home. Thank you again for the great experience!

That I couldn’t stay longer

Easily the best hotel experience we've had in a long time. The set up was great. I especially liked how the rooms have a vestibule shared by two rooms, separate from the hallway. We didn't hear anyone coming and going except the immediate neighbors. Huge bonus. There was a ton of parking, much under the cover of the hotel itself. Very cool. The kitchen facilities in the room were good. Very nice that the hotel supplied paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dish cloths as well. The facility across the street which included an outdoor pool and cabana where food was served, as well as very nice bathroom facilities was the cherry on top of the sundae. A day at the beach was never this comfortable or convenient!

Honestly, the only negative thing was that, when I asked if we could extend our stay by one night, two desk clerks almost immediately figured out a way to make it work but another seemed like he was looking for reasons why we couldn't be accommodated. Very strange. The solution was simple and it seemed like the newer of the 3 employees saw that it could be done, and other agreed while the third was bent on saying, "No". Needless to say, it worked out and we stayed an extra day.

Nice accommodations a d great for those wanting a short trip and have a pet. Staff great, room, nice and comfortable, quiet hotel. Pool both indoor and out were good too. Only negative aspect was the breakfast. Food disappointing . Only change from week breakfast was Saturday morning where they had toaster waffles, which were pretty good. Ability to cook meals was nice. Would recommend using plastic eating utensils. Overall nice experience, would stay again.

Beakfast food was not good.

Its cleanliness, comfortable room, good food, great customer service, convenient location.

The fact that guests with dogs brought them to the dining room for breakfast. They should be told at the check in to please leave them in the room while eating. The staff were fast to tell them to leave, but they had already entered, walked around the area and barked at other dogs around the lobby creating a temporary unnecessary chaos for those of us who were eating there at the time. Better logistics and instructions for dog owners are definitely needed.
